This establishment is HOMOPHOBIC. My friend and I were denied a room simply because we are both males. We're both gay and not even a couple, he's my roommate, but we needed the room because we're moving. The woman at the front told me both of our IDs would be required and when she found out the other person was a man she said "oh, sorry we don't do that here" and said it was "store policy". I filed a report with the civil rights division of the department of justice already, but I'm writing this review so the girls and the gays don't support this establishment.

I am A frequent customer here as my shower and plumbing, have been messed up for awhile. I happened to have left my vintage Geneve solid 14k and 6 diamond, double rope watch on top of the toilet tank Saturday night. I left and came back an hour later to ask the cleaning lady and then the front office and both replied no. I know when people lie and I've had this watch for 15+ years. I am truly disappointed in the honesty of the employees as I know this hasn't been the first time with them dealing with customers and left items. Karma is a b**ch.

This place doesn't like black people.I went there and tried to rent a room and the lady there looked me in my eyes and lied to me. I asked her for a single and she told me there weren't any. I called about an hour later and the same woman answered and said that they have singles. All I could do is shake my head. It's cool and thank you. I'll never stay somewhere I'm not wanted. This is not a place to go if you're a black person.

Rooms are updated and upgraded. Great atmosphere. Nice furniture and bedroom.
