STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! If i could give it zero stars i would! I purchased a screen protector on 10/20/23. As i was driving home, i noticed the adhesive holding the screen together was coming apart. Almost as if this protector was sitting in storage for quite some time. I am 76 yrs old and take care of my stuff. I've been with verizon for 20 yrs and never had a problem. I returned to this store on 10/21/23 to request an exchange. The rep (bearded fellow/black hair) told me to basically have intercourse with myself. and when i threatened to cancel the line, he then encouraged me and said "go ahead". Horrible customer service, and terrible products. all i needed was exchange. the protector almost looked used to be honest. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple more miles to another town's Verizon. I will be escalating this issue with Verizon corporate as well.

Levi from home office is very rude and not very helpful at all. I was trying to ask a question and he seemed to be bothered that I called!!! Very disappointed with his customer service skills !!!!!

Patrick was very helpful and courteous. The transitioning to a new phone after almost 5 years was quick and hassle free. Several others came in for help and he acknowledged everybody and helped them immediately even while helping me out. Thank you for your assistance Patrick!
