I seem to always get the laziest worker out the tunnel, today one person named Carson or Carlson, attempted to clean my truck, clearly had no desire to be there, did such a poor job I had to re due a 42 dollar wash. Then after he was done he was expecting a tip, told me I could go inside and get cash,lol No TY!!!

Everything looked good except the inside of my windshield it was smeared and in the middle it wasn’t touched. I had to redo it, which is one of the reasons I come there because it’s hard for me to do it anymore. Usually everything is good that’s the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars this time

Daniel the manager was extremely polite and engaged in a great conversation about the car wash expectations, they did a great job in all aspects of thoroughly cleaning our car.

Very mediocre car detailing. Paying $146 for your car to be detailed & there’s still sand in the seats that clearly can be wiped away, dirt still in the gear shift handle, areas under the seat that could have been cleaned but weren’t.
I paid for my detail right at noon. I had arrived before 1130 & waited in line to get up to the point where they start to vacuum out & then run through the wash. I asked for the full detail & they wrote on a sticky note then had me place it in the car window. I went inside to pay & then asked the front desk how long it would take. She said 2-5 hours. Which I was fine with but didn’t expect them to take 5 hours once I saw my car went through the outside detail then over to interior. It was sitting in interior for 4 hours before them noticing I had been waiting that long then it seem as though a sense of emergency was added to work on my car. I leave cause I finally have a ride to go then I don’t get my call that my car is ready for another hour. All in all I was very disappointed with the lack of communication within their team cause the manager tells me that they didn’t put on my vehicle that I was NOT a drop off. Yet the front desk girl knew that the whole time while she was on shift on her phone the entire time. She could have communicated that I was waiting on premises the whole time. Once I got my car at CLOSING, it still was not fully clean. Areas on the seat still had dirt & sand in a pile without being vacuumed in the seat crease. Just very disappointed for first time service.

Shout out to Ronnie for going above and beyond on my car!!! The whole crew at Whistle Stop did a fantastic job and even invited me back the next day as it started raining really bad while they were finishing my car.

Went there for the first time worse costumer service & if you need oil change & detail u have to wait for oil change then drive 40 feet to get it clean they won’t according to guys @ oil change side take ur business somewhere else if u can

I have to say I will not take my car back here.
The last two times have been awful.
All I really needed was good vacuum.
This is twice that they didn’t vacuum out the back at all.
I even specifically asked them to vacuum the back for me since it was missed last time.
They didn’t even vacuum the seats or floor mats. I’m very disappointed again with them.
