I am totally sorry I ever got hooked up with this company. I was not informed that I would be charged for the BiPAP! I have been charged over $500 for this machine and I need and use it daily or I would take it back!! I feel used, trapped by them.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I take care of all my mothers health needs. I am also a living caregiver and I have other patients that I take care of my mother has dementia and this company has called me seven times by noon!!! Could you imagine how mixed up my mother would be with seven phone calls I think they are desperate for business and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I asked him to stop Collin and they called two more times laughed at me put me on hold for almost an hour because I asked for a supervisor. I offered to go to the office and show them my phone records but they just want to argue and laugh at me. I FIRED THEM. Now I’m going to call the BBB. My next call will be to the corporate office. You don’t treat people that way, especially a 73-year-old woman with dementia and you’re laughing? Well I’m laughing now. Worst company I’ve ever had any dealings with in the medical field. The ladies in the Sherman office are the most unprofessional so-called healthcare workers I have ever dealt with even the supervisor laughed. You take care of your loved ones and don’t let this company harass your elderly parents like they have done mine. I’m going to call the medical board and see what I can have done about this.

I have been with Lincare for over two years now and still can't get my portable concentrator my pulmonary doctor has ordered for me over half dozen times. Can't get out and walk or take any trips to see my family. Very frustrating. I don't need tanks, l need portable. My insurance will cover it, they have even been on phone with company to see what hold up is? If a patient can't get what they need then they should be able To go somewhere else!!! Period They DO Not deliver weekends. Tuesdays only.

This place is a great place to get your oxygen supplies. They are friendly and will go out of their way to help when we have a storm that makes the power go off and it’s on the weekend. They brought me a oxygen unit and several bottles of oxygen so I would have enough to last through the storm . Thank you for being so nice. ❤️
