Never a bad experience going to back alley! Greg and his staff are always a help in a pinch. had a wore out tire on my road glide (Daily rider) and they stayed open a little after close to help me keep my bike safe to ride so i can get to work tomorrow i really appreciate these guys always the best.

Me and a brother of mine went into the shop to get rear tires for our Harley’s, the service was very quick and price was more than reasonable! Talked to the techs about some work I wanted done on my bike, they took the time to explain the best options for what I was looking for out of my bike!
Very knowledgeable and respectful guys!
Highly recommended this shop and will definitely be getting all my work done here from today on!

Huge shout out to Greg and his guys for once again being there for me. Friday a flatbed truck had a large peice of metal come off his truck. Car in front of me hit it enough to throw it in front of me. It wiped out my front wheel and tire before going into death wobble. Harley came to pick me up. But after a long wait they said they would need to order a wheel. I needed it going because of important doctor visits starting Monday. I called Greg at BackAlley. He arranged for him to pick me and my bike up. After we got to his shoo he went out of his busy day and got me back on the road. This is not the first time. After being by an 18 wheeler almost 2 years ago. He worked with my insurance company and got my bike going again. His knowledge working with them took much stress off of me. I can't say thanks enough to him and his guys. If you need to buy a bike or need service and repairs. BackAlley is where you need to go. Be sure to tell them Bud sent you. Thank you Greg. Your more than a shop. Your a friend.

Only been once for a fork issue but got good vibes off the techs that got everything fixed up. They took extra time to explain what they found and what they did. I appreciate that. I’ll definitely be going back to them for more work.

My first transaction was in July 2020, when I purchased my FatBoy Frankenstein from Back Alley and I've been a loyal customer ever since even though I live 65 miles away. The shop staff is super knowledgeable, professional and friendly, treating everyone with respect. I highly recommend them for all your motorcycle needs.

Don't recommend this shop. Went there to get tires and a chain they put on a faulty chain. Called to let them know about it even took it back to them after it came off once they put it on said good to go. Called the parts guy he is rude very rude told me we put to many miles on there and we bought a cheap chain but he is the one that recommended the chain didn't give us any other options. He is a total prick. Now the bike is really messed up cause we decided to put a new chain on it before it broke well on the way to the shop it broke this chain isn't but maybe 2 months old less then 2,000 miles on it. Lubed weekly. All they want to do is take your money and sell you junk. Now I have to replace more then a chain on my husband's bike. If you value your money and your ride don't go to them.
Update on this. Got it to a different shop. They almost totaled out my husband's bike cause of this chain. Come to find out they sold us a 15.00 chain for 75.00 not only did it bust the casing around the transmission but they had to fix everything that the chain hit. We trusted this shop and they screwed us. Cost us a lot of money. If they only work on certain brands then they need to let the customers know besides screwing them around.

We were on our way from Austin, TX to Iowa and started having problems with our Harley. We called Back Alley & explained we were just passing thru and somewhat of an emergency. They got us right in and took care of us and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!!!!

Guys did an excellent job on my bike. Custom powder coating and a stage 2 cr-483 cam. Pricing was inline with other shops.

I had Chris Dyno my bike in July 23 after I had it cammed by Harley, he got it right. Recently took it in for brake issues and Rich and Greg handled up on it. I trust these guys. Enough said.
