Pharmacists are knowledgeable but I have to give an appreciation to Jessica, Shawn D and Ivey when around. They go above and beyond and even transfer other prescriptions there. They’re considerate and compassionate. Yes they’re a business but get a 5 star.Thank you guys and gals!

Parking: you may have to park across the street, which is really just the complex's entrance/exit lane.

I revise what I have said. The owner of this pharmacy reached out to me, as did the manager and they are committed to continuing to care for their clients.This place has gone seriously downhill. I loved and used them faithfully for years but now their communication is incredibly poor and this has been going on for months. You might as well move somewhere that has better hours since service is no longer a differentiator.

Best compounding pharmacy I have visited in years!! They do what they can to make the process as simple as possible considering all the legal red tape and big pharma holding it's hand over every independent pharmacy trying to make a living. I know the move hasn't been easy, but I'm excited to see the new store!

Have been using Pinecroft for several years, and had good service, but lately, even today with the wife completely out of 4 of her med, the doctor Friday sent over all to be filled with a note to have ready Monday. Monday was a holiday, so went to get what I could, and when I took the list of meds the doctor filled, nothing was available. This was Tuesday around 2:00 o'clock. Tech said they would have to check if they had all these, so no one had even looked at the doctors message. Other times I have called over meds to be refilled and had to leave the message on a recording. Nothing was done with it for 2 days later. Not the service it was.

Excellent staff located in a safe location by Memorial Hermann. Pharmacy will deliver or mail prescriptions to your home which is so convenient.

I spoke with Jessica and she is awesome!! She listened to everything I needed and made it happen!! I called back the next day just to make sure my meds were being Fed Exed, and she answered the phone and knew exactly who I was and had everything going like promised!! Definitely an A++ employee!!

If anyone is looking for a great pharmacy this is it. The people are so nice and helpful. They walked me through everything with Rustyc's new medication. They even helped me with Rustyc while they were explaining his new meds. Which if yall know my kid he is outta control when it comes to sitting still. They played with him and kept him entertained, they even recommended some over the counter stuff to help him. Its people and places like this that i love to support. They make a first time mom like me feel comfortable and not so overwhelmed.
