Stranded between Groom and Shamrock trying to get a tow, and they don’t answer the phone. I’m not sure if their number on Google is disconnected or just doesn’t work, but still — not very reliable.

Not only did they not answer the phone when I tried to call after my car was stolen, they then charged me 200 dollars to get it out. It's not bad enough I had my vehicle stolen they had to add insult to I jury by charging me aswell.

My Honda Fit quit on the way to California. I suspected that mechanic Steve was honest when he volunteered that he'd never seen a Honda Fit before. But he diagnosed the problem quickly, searched several sources for the required parts, and installed them promptly. It's nice to see skilled men take pride in doing a good job.

These guys are awesome. Driving to California for a wedding, I broke down on the 40 Wednesday afternoon, and got towed to this shop as they were locking up. Their lot was full and I figured I'd be lucky if they got to it the next day. Well they got my truck in there first thing and had me out by the end of the day. Ended up having to do twice the work they expected to do and only charged me for half the labor.

Because of my own stupidity I ran out of fuel at 3:30 am on the side of the freeway, ten miles from this shop. This man went above and beyond the call of duty. He made sure I was not stuck on the side of the freeway for an extra 4 hours waiting for the roadside assist company to show up. If I lived nearby i would use this company every time I needed a tow. Thanks so much for going out of your way to ensure I was back on the road in a timely manner.
