“I was traveling through on the Interstate when my cars "protective panel" underneath came loose. I stopped for the night at the Sleep Inn and called Quick Lube right away in the morning. The man on the phone told me to come there and they'd get me right in. They did just that! I was there within 30 minutes of my call and they had my car in the shop 5 minutes later. My panel was hanging on my just one bolt so they took it off and put it in my trunk for me. They told me "no charge" but I would not accept that and gave them $20 for their courtesy and time. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road in a total of about 10 minutes from pulling up to the shop and pulling back out!”
