Extremely Delayed Repair Service and Unresolved Issues with doors with my vehicule.My experience with Fernando's Shop has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially brought my car in for repairs in February, and I did not receive it back until August. This lengthy delay in returning my vehicle was completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, upon receiving my car, I discovered that the doors still had issues. The shop claimed that they had ordered the necessary parts and were waiting for them to arrive in order to complete the repairs. However, the fact that they had not resolved these issues after such a long period of time was simply unacceptable.The lack of communication and transparency from the shop was also a major concern. Throughout the repair process, I was not kept properly informed about the progress or any delays. It became evident that the shop did not prioritize customer satisfaction or effective communication.Overall, my experience with Fernando's Shop has been a complete disappointment. The extended delay in returning my car, coupled with the unresolved issues with the doors and the lack of communication, has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop for repairs to look elsewhere for more reliable and efficient service.
