The staff is good but the Internet is straight up junk. I’m a cricket customer I’m about to switch to Verizon. I literally had to get to Wi-Fi to finish my post. I recommend anybody go somewhere else if you want your phone to be working. it used to work great A few years back, but now it’s junk

Service Sucks, people that work @ Seminole office act & seem like they don't care. My Cell phone keeps dropping calls , can't get Wifi service but at a few places & or Internet, not like Sprint or Verizon , which are Excellent.

Don't have any respect for people with health conditions that can't wear a mask! They just told me and my Dad to get out. I love the phone plans and everything just can't stand people who don't care about others health!

Loved this place. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It was so easy to sign up with this company and uncomplicated. There are so many cellular companies that make life miserably complicated and this one does not. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
