Not only because I work here but my coworkers & bosses are awesome. our sales reps go above & beyond to fulfill our customer's orders. Before you put your vehicle in a shop find out what you need exactly then order it through LKQ/Keystone and save yourself some money.

Giving me the run around and no one taking responsibility for it.took them 10 days to get my used part that was coming from Houston.my part was ordered then it was cancelled by employee/company.I was not notified. I had to call them to check why my part was not in my hands on set delivery date.I had it ordered a 2nd time and was told it would be in on a Monday and then it was Tuesday and then i had to drive to selma warehouse on Wednesday to find out what became of my part.no appologies,no call back.very unprofessional and bad customer service.i have my own business and i would never would never treat my customer that way.

This place is terrible. I recently ordered a part that was supposed to come next day. Nope. Didn't even get a call. I called and asked and they said it was never ordered. So I ordered it again next day. The wrong part was ordered the next day when I called and now they don't have it. . Next day they call and say the part is in. AND THIS ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE SO RUDE!!!!

Rose Vera is the most unprofessional sales associate I've ever spoken to was very rude, lack of communication due to wrong part being sent then when correct part was delivered they wouldn't release part to me until I paid additional fee after I already paid for part.. i contact rose to try to get it resolved she told me I can "send the part back if I don't want it" won't ever use LKQ ever againn rather pay full price than deal with someone who doesn't care about there customers

My part was supposed to be ready on Monday, it's Wednesday and I just got a call that the part was ready today. I called the place and where not friendly at all more like rude than anything else. I guess this is the kind of service you get when you try and save a few bucks.

Ordered a replacement hatchback for my car, stated that it must have the backup camera, and that it had a wing on the top above the rear window. When the part arrived there was no wing, and no rear back up camera. I did not have time to return it because I needed my car for my daily driver, but they charged me for the backup camera and spoiler if which is did not have, and because it was not the correct one my hatch does not lock either. Very disappointing transaction!
