Update July 26th was out driving a FOD foreign object damage to radiator. Emergency ? drive to Red Barn. Jerry and crew called had parts on way he removed and replaced within two hours. Inconceivable but ran like a NASCAR pit crew some specialty tools I was on my way Thanks.Red Barn automotive, I’d give em a hundred stars ⭐️ . My truck is up and going again. Watched Jerry work on several other projects. He’s the Real McCoy and a great fabricator. Got a few more things to upgrade, Thanks

Where do I start. They stole parts that I purchased directly from the dealer. Charged me to put the parts I purchased and hand-delivered to them, on my vehicle. NEVER did the work. Replaced a motor, never turned the order info back to Jasper. Said they fixed the rear main seal leak (under warranty), they did not. Still have the leak and now the motor is out of warranty. Jasper will honor the warranty but I must have the order information from Red Barn in order for Jasper to do that. Now they will not return phone calls, texts, or emails. These people steal, lie, and cheat. Save your money and your sanity - go ANYPLACE BUT Red Barn.

Wow… what great people. We were traveling from Wichita Falls to Broken Bow when our Kia Sorento began to break down. Amazingly, it occurred as we were driving past Red Barn Automotive. (God had to be involved in that!). Jerry and Michelle were about to leave to have a nice Friday night dinner with the family, but they delayed their plans to help us out. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, and began taking the car apart to replace the alternator. If we didn’t have to wait an hour for the part, their turn around would have been as close as we’d ever experience to a NASCAR Pitstop. These people were amazing!

I was ripped off! I took my LandRover to a certified mechanic after I got it back from Red Barn and they did 3 out of the 12 things they were supposed to do and charged me for it. Jerry was supposed to put in a new steering column, didn't do it. Jerry was supposed to fix the ignition switch, didn't do it. Jerry was supposed to replace the window regulator, it worked once, and then failed. Jerry was supposed to fix a water leak, didn't do it. Even the simple things, like replacing the windshield wipers and the brake lights, he failed on. Jerry installed the windshield dispensing unit UPSIDE down AND the wipers BACKWARD! When you try to clean the front window, the liquid sprays onto the front hood and the wipers just bounce because they are on backward. RIDICULOUS! Jerry is absolutely incompetent! He can not handle big jobs that require knowledge and expertise. He's a basic oil-changer and tire fixer! His wife Michelle, is a foul-mouthed red-neck, that has no concept of customer service!

Best people EVER! Trust worthy, speedy, accurate. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would without a second thought. I wouldnt EVER take my car somewhere else to get work done. Jerry is very very knowledgeable about vehicles and spots out the problem quickly. And Michelle breaks down everything so you understand exactly how much you are paying and what you are paying for! If you need your car worked on give Red Barn Automotive a chance. I promise they wont let you down.

Let me start by saying how good the character of the people that work here are. Jerry and Michelle are some of the best people I know, and that's saying alot. As for the service you aren't going to find a more knowledgeable mechanic, they can literally fix anything. I've been using them for years and have yet to be disappointed on any project I've had. I highly recommend red barn to anyone, few companies deserve a 5 star review... they have earned 10.

I live in Longview, but was in the area making some sales calls when my car started throwing a check engine light. Pulled into Red Barn Auto and Michelle and the guys went to work, diagnosing the problem in just a few minutes. Back up and running perfectly in just a couple of hours. Great people, great work, great service. If the Red Barn is close to you, this is the place to get your vehicle serviced and repaired.
