More like take an hour… I always make the mistake of coming to this horrendous location. Go to any other take 5 location, you will not have to wait as long. They will have someone come up to your car to and tell you it’s going to be a while to discourage you. I have also been encouraged by the workers to go to a different location before. This location either needs new employees or new management. Each car is taking about 20-30 mins for an oil change. Come here if you want your day to be ruined by the wait time.

Won't ever take my car to get an oil change there anymore. They broke my door handle and never bothered to offer to pay for the damage. Even though there was a video showing how the door handle was damaged

I like their service, but overall, they are way too expensive. Their oil change, air filter change, windshield wipers are all way overpriced.

I have started taking my car to get the oil change done on it, & each time that I go, all the guys there, including Xavier have such great customer service…. They are always so nice, knowledgeable, & makes my visits great…. I give them all 10’s….. I definitely will be back… Thank y’all so much for this experience…
