I would give a 5 star review. As the service is quick, affordable and pleasant. But I've now been to this particular place 3 times and each time they do not have my filter in stock. I was just informed this last time that it is not something available they will have or plan to order.
So I will no longer be going there

Today I got my oli change my Andres and Mia his crew member were really nice and polite. Andres let me know few things my car needed and was very kind and knowledgeable! They changed my oil very fast and they took their time to make sure everything else was in order (: definitely recommend and THANK YOU GUYS!

I have used the other Take 5 Oil change place off of hwy 80 several times when I have not had time to wait at Wal-Mart. The other place typically charges $60 for high mileage oil change and I had a $17 off coupon. I was near this location on Thorpe and the line was short so I stopped in. This was in late July 2024. They did not have any signs posted with the price or I would've left. After they changed my oil, the man gave me the total of $150. I was appalled as I had never paid that much before for just an oil change, no extra services or parts, as I can do those myself for less $. I refused and they finally dropped the price to $75. This place will haggle you for extra services and then charge you an outrageous price for 10 minutes of work. 5 gallons of high mileage synthetic oils is $40-60 if you purchase yourself. So they were charging $100 for 10 minutes of service. I won't be back!

I came to this place to get oil changed. They also attempted to sell me a radiator flush. The technician said he would check and top off coolant. I assumed he would put the top back on. Of course I get on freeway drive around 20 miles my engine runs hot. I pull over the top is sitting next to the container. This is un acceptable. To all I recommend finding a better location. Or take 5 needs to train techs better!!! After waiting for truck to cool. I still have to go get more coolant. I pretty sure the radiator is empty too! Try a different location!!!

Holy moly this place is top notch! Ricardo showed me my air filter and all the extra details that helped me make a great decision to upgrade my oil choice as well as take care of other maintenance items. Stephen did the oil change… & then Jasmin showed me my oil after it was changed. This is a cohesive team that goes above and beyond the call of duty with a great attitude! & you can feel the pride these folks have in doing a great job. Thank you for the excellent service!!!! I will definitely be back and will tell my friends to come here.

Legit only took 7 minutes- the fastest it has ever been at this location. I went on Labor Day and the employees were extremely nice and informative compared to the other times that I have gone. I ended up doing a high mileage oil, change and replacing my air filter for my car which was $27. It is a Nissan Altima 2012. Yes you can get it for cheaper and do it yourself but I just like the convenience. For other cars it may be up to $50, as my sisters car which is a Ford fusion it was $50 for a filter. They also do not do the $10 sticker discount anymore so I wait till coupons come in my email.
The oil changes last anywhere from 5 to 10 months but they highly recommend that you change it every three months. I know that there are some that are three months and six month oil change based on the quality of oil that you receive, but they will always tell you they don’t have that they only have the three month one because it’s a liability if they tell you, you can go six months with a certain oil even though you can. Anyway I like this take five and highly recommend
CONS:
They don’t top off your fluid, check your tires, check your wiper blades, or clean your windshield like it states on the paper that they give you with it checked off. I wish that they would do that every time you got an oil change not just when you asked.
