Very bad service. I can't put money in my card. I all 7 eleven I can do it. Except here. Restroom is a mess too. Horrible place!!!

The worst gas station in the area. They have large employee turnover fie to poor management for many years. Every time I go to this store there is always an issue with something. Dirty bathrooms, slow taco service and rude employees that act above the law. I'm very grateful that there are now other stores in the area.

Again I'm at stripes in a line for a receipt.. one cashier it's 5:47 PM.... Gas receipts aren't available at the pump... Ridiculous

Very dirty, everything looked filthy. Sign says large drinks $0.79, grabbed large Stripes cup, not $0.79, it is a 44 oz, not large even though it says Large on the cup.

My lady got gas from there last night and they scammed her credit card at the pump. The staff is not checking and probably is in on it. They don't answer the phone the management isn't doing their job and on the regular I don't go there because they don't clean the soda dispenser well but $99 was attempted to be taken last night luckily her bank caught it and shut down the card. Be careful about getting gas on aquarena from that store

Stopped at this location for bathroom and drinks. Store is dirty, floors have not seen a broom or mop for in quite some time. The women's restroom was bad, trash in every stall and toilets needed cleaning. Trash can as overflowing and needed emptying. Will remember not to stop here again.

Employees need a retraining on how to talk to folks. This place is dirty and the homeless gather there. Been to many Stipes locations and like the chain but this location is hands down the worst

Disgusting. I don't know if they need to clean their fountain machines or what but it takes like soda and cough syrup. Had to throw away and get soda some place else.

All stripes are pretty well kept. This one had a better selection of frozen items then others.

Came in as I do every other day and saw the cashier Brandon. Today’s date is 7-19-20 and my time at the register was 07:30am. Brandon did not look enthusiastic at first glance as I was entering the store. I tried to purchase items using my 7rewards card to claim my discount and Brandon refused to process my rewards accordingly. He argued with me saying I was wrong and that the discount was already applied when it had not. I know what my items equal to as a regular customer. He was rude and ignored me and helped the next customer when he was not through with my transaction and cancelled my sale. Brandon asked me to leave the store when I had done nothing wrong. I asked nicely to try again which he reluctantly did and I explained enlightening him how the rewards works with a cash sale and he argued with me that I was incorrect. I explained I was paying cash. $20. After pressing the cash sale finally the amount came out with the applied discount and at that moment he was finally aware that he was in the wrong by arguing with the customer. Then I asked to speak to the manager. He refused to provide the name and phone number and asked me to leave the store. I asked him multiple times to speak with the manager or the name and phone number and he refused to respond. He ignored me and continued to help 2 other customers ignoring request of someone in charge. I asked him for the receipt which he forgot to provide and gave it finally in a unkindly manner. He followed me out the store threatening to call the police. I asked him what I had done wrong (and if he thought I did something incorrectly what it was) and I said please do gladly call the police as all I wanted was the managers name. He backed down and I went back inside to see if there was a sign showing the managers name and saw he was gossiping with another employee in the food market. I have never seen such terrible customer service towards someone for something that a little training the store could provide that would have avoided his actions to a customer. His attitude was extremely rude and very poor. He clearly should not be interacting with customers. You don’t ever argue with a customer especially one that has done nothing wrong. To be treated like this I am seriously thinking of switching my business of purchasing fuel and items from this location. I have many positive interactions with other employees that work there and was blown away by Brandon’s actions. If I were to have treated someone like this at my place of work I believe I would have been terminated. Feel free to review your cameras and speak to your other employees that work at the same time about my behavior as I always appreciate them and we always have smiles on our face and positive words between us. I’ve been coming to your location for convenience but can gladly give my business to another location if necessary.
