If I could put no stars I would , so rude not helpful at all , I don’t know what the lady’s name was but she was an older lady spoke both languages . So rude definitely will not be coming back

Horrible staff I was paying 125 in my other line for 4 phones now I'm paying 170 I shouldn't never switch and worst part I told the guy before purchasing how much Imma paid for the next month he told me 155 because you added a tablet they don't honor their word nor the page on Metro promotion ?

Very good customer service when I was having a hard time getting my phone activated. The manager was very helpful and solved my problems pretty quick.
