“Really good store. Well organized and well stocked. The favorite cook stuff for cheap bins are right at front. This location has a Starbucks and a snack bar. The aroma of fresh popped corn fills.the store and makes you hungry. There were not many lines open for check out so that made self check out lines longer. Great selections and lots of Christmas cheer!”

“I would like to say the Aaron's location in San Marcos has been a great help in time of need never did that ever threaten pick up any of my appliances during the epidemic my refrigerator broke once and I was never without one I own a stove,fridge ,washer dryer, and TV from Aaron's all Samsung when I got every Appliance it was brand new I've never had a problem with it(refrigerator being my own fault) I would like to just thank everyone at Aaron's for working with me whenever I had trouble making payments now I'm nearing paying off all my appliances within these next couple of months and I would just like to say thanks to all you guys Derek matt brad and the rest of the crew always on time always work with me never had a problem great customer service and reliable”

“Went in to get my blood pressure taken for an appointment I was about to have. They needed my BP taken in advance. It was quick and easy, however I asked for the pharmacist to put it in writing for me to show to my doctor and he couldn't do that for me? So that was pretty much useless. Anyways, I was pretty frustrated. But I also needed to buy a couple things. Got up to the register and Paula changed the whole experience. She was so friendly and personable, totally brightened the mood and truly made going to Walgreens worth it. Give it up for Paula. SHE gets five stars.”

We specifically make our day shopping and each time a request for hot dogs, staff simply state they're out or "it will take 20mins" Even when we've offered to return and still purchase (3) hot dogs, popcorn and drinks staff express annoyance. No friendly ness from many except cashiers that we feel forced to converse”

“Ricardo worked with my wife and I to purchase a new tv. He was exceptional, very knowledgable and helpful. We initially did purchase the tv from Best Buy but had much difficulty with the Best Buy Total Protection plan delivery which had nothing to do with the store or any of the employees at the store. After several attempts to have it delivered (off site delivery group). Ricardo was gracious enough to refund our money to purchase the tv elsewhere. It was a Christmas gift from my kids to get the new tv in time for the University of Texas bowl game. We really appreciate Ricardo going above and beyond with customer service to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Ricardo!! Thank you for your leadership in selection of employees at that store which is greatly appreciated. Our only hope is that the external support (Best Buy total protection, delivery department, etc) can improve their performance to the level of this store’s customer service.”

“This morning I came to this location to get gas. It seemed to be a normal day, but my card was declining at the pump. So I figured I’d go inside and pay, the really nice lady Annette helped me. She said that there was an issue with the system out there so everyone’s cards were declining this morning. I tried a few more times but I believe there is an issue with my card now. Trying to find the issue we tried swiping my card a few more times. It wasn’t working, I really needed gas because I’ve put it off for too long. Not knowing that, the kind cashier, Annette used her Apple Pay and paid for my $10 worth of gas. She has no idea how thankful I am. Not only is she amazing at her job. She also is a very kind person and she helps restore my faith in humanity. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for at least 7 years. This is exactly what customer service is all about. Thank you to this employee for her hard work and dedication. It doesn’t go unnoticed to the public.”
