There was two people working a guy and a girl the girl did her job the guy was in slow motion and using his phone I gave a 5 star because she handle the job on her own .

Paid for a coolant service which they were unable to do due to a broken hose. Refused refund, attempted to get the service on another car which they told me they wouldn't have any coolant for 2 weeks. Still refused refund. They asked for my information saying they would call me back and never did. Going to call corporate next

Wait time is ridiculous. Only one staff. Came in only for a top off and have been waiting for over 40 min. When I previously got the oil change that also took a while but I was stuck in the bay so I didn’t leave.

Terrible experience, we went for an oil change and left 3 hours later because they destroyed the oil filter on our car and had to go to another branch to get a new one. We will not go back again.

They were great! Fast and polite. Gave us s cold bottles of water, cuz it was so hot outside. I'll definitely take my car back there again.
