We run a business, so any disgruntled reviews may be due to people who have unpaid rent who were asked to vacate. I believe we offer a great deal for a reasonable price. We are fair and we expect our tenants to abide by the lease they have signed. We have a beautiful community at EPE.

I loved living here. This area is private, nice, and clean, and the management is nice. Overall, there were minimal issues. The location is great!

I have dealt with management for years and have never had any issues. Always helpful and all issues resolved quickly.

Any negative comments may be due to past tenants needing to follow guidelines or rules via the lease. We are a clean, neat, and strict community. We've had tenants with us for over ten years. We usually do not use GR, but we plan to from now on. -EPE

Unprofessional.Lady called Myrta is really rude for no reason. She ain't getting any I guess.Old dude with Maroon truck acts hard with girls screaming at them because reject him when he tries to flirt.Calls himself the owner cuando todo es de papi. ????
