Waiting with much anticipation for my package to be delivered, check online and, WHAT! My delivery is delayed with an exception stating: Customer not available or business closed. There I was 6 feet from the front door at the supposed attempted delivery time yet I neither heard nor saw anyone approach. Because they didn't. Tracking showed it would be delivered the next day. Then the next day showed that the package was at Fedex and I was meant to pick it up. WHAT! I then called, explained no delivery attempt was made and they insisted I had to pick it up. I guess my driver wanted an extra long lunch break so I can't get my delivery. Thanks alot! I called the retailer and they tried to have it re-delivered, we'll see!

Incredibly incompetent delivery service. Twice now my expected package was returned to Fedex's service center due to the lack of follow through by the drivers.

Worst ever. They have one driver who is actually competent. Everyone else can't find a simple address and they don't provide company phones to the drivers so that they can call for assistance. They have wasted expensive coolant sensitive medication twice now. When you call all they can do is create a case instead of directing the driver to return to the address.

Let's say up front I am a fan of FedEx! This particular center, for as large as it is, manages to hid itself very well off of 47th street. I drove by it twice even with my phone's GPS on! Well, it's not three star for that reason. I start with three stars for this particular outlet due to marginal customer service. I didn't think there was any incompetence at all, just wanted courtesy to be better. The way shops treat their customers is highly important to me. I felt little love from the staff here, but they were not intentionally rude either - I have to be fair. But still. I came to pick up a Sigma 56mm lens for my canon M-50 to keep it from being pirated at my home. I wonder if they were suspicious of me because I was taking some photos on my iPhone when I went into the store. The appearance of this FedEx is good on the inside. No problem with that. They just wanted to turn customers in and out of the shop in a semi gentle, meat-grinding way. I'm going to leave this one at three stars and I would use this particular FedEx ship center again if needed. But they are under warning - customer service needs to improve or my update review will be far less kind! Recommendation: AVERAGE AT BEST

Professional staff, and I specifically highlight Weslley, a professional gentleman who assisted me today in processing an international shipment; he was quite helpful and knowledgeable, and he provided me price estimates of around 550 dollars. And I decided to pay because there was no other option, even with the high shipping price, but he asked me to wait and check other shipping options, and he asked me to replace my FedEx box with another FedEx box, which fit my package perfectly, and the new price was around 350$, which Wes saved me around 200$ with his work skills. , so I decided to give this place and Mr. Weslley five stars.

This place has made me into a review person. I had to go in because my insurance company sent me FedEx labels to send in some paperwork. I left my wallet on the counter. I came back when I realized my mistake and they said they had no wallet. I was told multiple different times/dates to come back to talk to a manager. I was then told that management couldn't help me and I had to come back when security personnel was on premise. In the end, no manager would ever come out of the back to talk to me (nor would the security). I was told on my final visit to come back with cops if I wanted to see the video. After this whole experience, I am under the impression that someone that worked their stole my wallet and that was why I was told to "come back with a warrant". I am appalled with this situation and how it was handled. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

If I can give them a negative review I would. They don't even deserve one star. My husband and I were expecting a birthday gift on my birthday all day. The FedEx guy finally showed up at 6pm at the end of day, we saw his trunk pulling in so my hubby ran downstairs to try to sign for the packet. Instead, no door bell were ringed. There was a note on the door said we weren't home and he rushed off. Another attempt was supposed to be made TWO days later. Same things happened. No door bell were ring and it says we weren't home at 10a. My hubby called that day at 7pm, someone told him to come in. They won't close till 7:30p. He went and got there at 7:20p and the facility was completely closed. A bunch of lying mean people work at this facility. Definitely the worst customer service we've received anywhere.

My order was sent out to this location and was out for delivery on Friday December 24,2021 according to my online tracking account, at 1:45pm FedEx was unsuccessful on delivering the package due to incorrect address. I contacted the merchant immediately after receiving the notification to verify the address. I was told that my address is correct on their end. I also verified the address on my online order and it was correct. The Merchant representative then contacted FedEX and was notified by FedEx that the driver did not have the unit number and FedEx will deliver my package that same day on December 24 before 8:00pm. Unfortunately, I did not receive the package and it was not delivered that day. Upon looking at my tracking account the package went back to FedEx facility on at 8:05pm. I brushed it off due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve, but on Sunday December 26, an update was made on my account tracking that my package will be delivered on Dec 27th. I checked the tracking information the morning of the 27th, and ones again the "operation delayed due to incorrect address " status was noted, and shipment date changed to the 28th. I don't know how the address is incorrect when it was already verified by the merchant that my address is correct and FedEx was notified. In addition to begin with, the address was never wrong in the first place. To top it off the merchandise was worth $2,000+, if this was not the case I wouldn't have had gone through all the hassle of trying to locate the package. There is definitely something going on in this location.

Fed ex has horrible customer service, they are rude and unapologetic. They don't care that the services that where paid were not rendered as promised. Everyone you call has a new and different answer to your questions and they are all negative and never willing to resolve their own mess. I am never using them and I will talk to the people shipping to me to not use them either. They have 1 star cause I can't rate what they deserve on here ZERO!!

Claimed they attempted drop off twice, I had to cancel plans/work to stay home and sign for the package. Zero attempts to deliver, not able to pick up at FedEx office due to retailer (Dell, horrible as well). Hung the signed copy of my release of signature on the door. Nothing. Called customer service, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, refused to give me any employee ID, everything about my interaction with this company has been horrible. I'll never ever spend a cent with them and none of my friends and family will either. I'm canceling the Dell XPS as well and they lose a 2700 dollar sale because they chose the wrong shippers. Oh well, lots of wasted time and energy. Never again
