They don’t open until 8:30 am, so if you work in the morning, it’s not convenient. The membership tag doesn’t work, and every time you have to wait for a staff member to look up your account on their tablet, which takes another 10 minutes. If you’re a busy person, this carwash is not convenient.

The worse car wash I have ever seen I have the top and expensive membership and still can't wash my car completely the tire shiner does not work I even asked the person working there to shine it but nothing I am going to cancel my membership right now I don't recommend it to anyone don't waste your money ?.

Decent car wash. We have been to several of these locations but I wanted just a basic wash today to get the bugs off my car from a recent road trip. The guy up-selled me for a better wash ehich included tire shine. I said how last time I paid for this upgrade yet my tires weren't even cleaned. He said "well that was last time, it'll work now" which made me aide eye him because why didn't it work to begin with? There isn't a tool in the car wash that even scrubs the tires ??♀️ and once again, my tires are still dirty because *shocker* there ISNT a scrubber for tires and I paid for an upgrade for literally nothing.
That really bugs me.
I dislike places that make their employees upsell when you aren't even getting the service you paid for to begin with. ?

Got the monthly wash program, the company supports the Univ of Texas athletic programs, so I will certainly do business with them
