XPEL Staff were nice 9am del appt give door and started unloading but this multi million $$ ficiltiy is not driver friendly i ask for bathroom and they said no bathroom for driver's not even portable one. Shameful for these people doing business because of very important roles from Truckers.

I’m giving XPEL Zero stars.XPEL dealer (Zack Jones) DBA ZJ Detailing, did a HORRIBLE JOB on my truck, the hood was done 3 times and still has bubbles, loose spots, fenders and bumper need replaced. Pictures and video are attached.To my disappointment XPEL says “ Take it to our Sharonville location and they will replace it”.I’ve already been through must displeasure, waisted time and gas to their installer ZJ Detailing. Now they want me to miss 2 days of work to drop off and pick up my truck 75 miles away from my house one way, that’s horrible customer service.I will definitely do my business with Ziebart next time, zero wasted time, gas and no frustration with quality craftsmanship.

Last year they sales rep in Chicago area didn’t want to open an account saying that another xpel dealer in my area, and recently new shop opened in front of me and they get an account .When you call xpel whoever answers the phone always rude. So many brands calls me offering their film and always nice

I've have used XPEL San Antonio for my last 3 Corvettes! Chris and his staff at the San Antonio facility are very friendly and helpful -- and they provide everyone with outstanding service. They treated me with respect and didn't try to oversell or up sell any of their services. My 2023 Corvette got a full front protection -- everything was explained to me in detail and their work was exceptional. Pricing is also very competitive. I highly recommend XPEL San Antonio to anyone who is serious about protecting and enhancing their vehicle.
