DO BETTER!!!
On behalf of a customer that went to this ulta location then came to my job to get her hair fixed is the reason I️m giving this review.
First of all, my client went into this ultra to get her hair done & as she was there, she stated that the customer service was SUPER BAD. She said he hair stylist didn’t meet the requirements of her hair needs, she was trying to make conversation with the stylist but it seemed as the stylist did not care to even talk to her but wanted to talk to all the other employees ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE THAT THEY HAD JUST FINISHED SERVICING & she said she didn’t even want to get her hair cut because she felt like they were going to talk about her after. The fact that the employees did not care to even take it to the break room & was making this client VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Shame on yall. Customer service is a BIG part of this industry. If you as a stylist DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE & DO THEIR HAIR RIGHT, you should change your field of work ESPECIALLY gossiping about others infront of other customers. I really hope that location starts picking their employees better especially being at The Quarry location. This doesn’t even deserve one star.

I was disappointed with my last visit to this location - I went to pick up my online order after my Pilates class - I did not think I looked horrible however when I arrived and stated I was there to pick up my online order the associate asked "are you picking up your order or are you Doordasher?" I felt this was an inappropriate question to ask me as she did not ask the person that was picking up her order right before me this question. Just because I was in workout clothing doesn't make my money any less compared to other customers. I did inquire if that associate was a manager and was told she works the Chanel section. Regardless she needs to not be judging a book by its cover - I left feeling upset of how she treated me.

Totally speechless. Words can't describe the level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior on behalf of an employee at Ulta. Her name was Julia. She needs to learn etiquette and customer service. I would have easily ignored the bad makeup, fake louis vuitton cross body and chipped nails, had she displayed better customer service. Horrible!

Terrible hair experience, just before leaving town on a long trip. I went in with below shoulder length hair and asked for sleek and updated and walked out with hideously unbalanced choppy layers that even the best blowout can’t smooth. The shortest layers are in the middle of my head, quite thick, and shorter than my chin. It’s terrible. The lengths are completely random and I’ll probably need to get a bob somewhere else to tuck away the major issues. I’m really not a picky hair person - I’m generally more than happy with beauty school students! But several people in my life grimaced when they saw it. ?
I should have been wary of them having same day availability and should have skimmed more of the reviews, but I thought I was asking for an easy cut and wasn’t too concerned. Never again.

The store itself is fine. I found what I was looking for.
At checkout, I said I didn't want to provide my phone number (why would I?) and was told without registering my phone number I wouldn't be able to return any of my purchased items. I had no intention of returning anything, but excuse me - what?? I'm paying for something, presumably having a receipt would be proof enough I paid for it without having to subject myself to text spam?? Absolutely ridiculous policy. Will not be shopping here again.

How to get started with this review, I have been going to ulta to get my hair done for about three years and I usually do my hair with Saree which is the best I have never had any issue. My sister booked appointment for her, my mom and I with another awesome stylist Daniela. We never new what happen but when we arrived for our appointment the stylist was changed without even letting us know or asking us, since we were already there we decided to give it a shot. They make each of us wait an hour and half to take care of us, we were patient, Im the type of person that doesn’t like to complain but they messed up with each one of us. The person who took care of my mom told her that she didn’t even had time to wash her hair or do blow dry even when she said she could pay more if it was an added service, the person who cut my sister hair didn’t even touch the tips started from the upper part of the hair to the bottom leaving messy spots, and my hair was left so much shorter than the length I expected and kinda uneven. We could notice they were running late and were super busy which is ok but unless they should have given the client the option to choose the stylist if the original that you had chosen wasn’t be able to be there, and the time should had been respected, I don’t mind waiting but hour an a half it’s a lot of time.
