I would never normally do this but I got my daughter earrings here and the post broke the first week which I understand she shouldn’t have slept with them so they charge me 25 to fix it because she couldn’t find the post but I got her a ring and a month later it broke and they wanna charge me 25 to fix it when it’s a ring no pieces are missing it should have been fixed for free seems like their jewelry is just cheaply made.

I'll give this place a ZERO STAR! took my daughter's heavy gold cut necklace to get fixed. The one I got back was light weight shorter and has circles cut, instead of a fine cut. I'm 100% sure the one I got back isn't the correct one.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took an earring to get fixed and they gave me back a different one without the little diamonds. HATEEEEEE this place the man is so rude and always has smart a** comments and the lady is just un knowledgeable.

If I could leave zero stars I would I paid 280$ for gold chain for my son & it broke the first night got it fixed it busted the same day I took it back again fixed it & put it on him today & what do you know it busted!!!! Worst place in the world to buy gold!!!! 280$ down the drain!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!! Didn’t offer any kind of refund or replacement!!!!!!

Have gone back and fourth with different jewelers only to regret it,found treasure land over 10 years ago bought my first nugget ring here!! his prices were unmatched then and today.Has great selection and custom work repairs ,I have a charm being made for my wife as I write this review bc I was sad to see no one has already left any reviews truly a treasure land 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

I had a horrible experience! I came here to get a locket for my friends mom. They didn't have any on display so they convinced us to order one first off a locket anywhere isn't more then $100 he stated it would be top of the line and we decided on 160 which I still felt was too much. I paid half and came back a couple of days later what was presented to me looked and felt cheap I was not happy but they didn't do refunds then to come to find out a chain for the locket wasn't included I ended up paying around $200 for everything because it was the day of the event and we didn't have time to get anything else it definitely was not worth it. I recommend going anywhere else but here I feel truly scammed!

Its in Ingram Park Mall. I went for a watch battery. There aren't many watch repair places left; actually there's one right next to it but that guy was more interested in his phone than my business. Anyway, Treasure replaced the battery and I put the watch away. I noticed 30 minutes later the time had not changed since I left the shop. It's not easily noticeable right away on a Movado. I returned to the shop about 15 minutes later and the gentleman opened it. He said he didn't insert the battery correctly but had it working this time. It now works and I'm pleased. The operation appears to be family owned and operated. If that's the case, the "mother" and "father" are solid operators. A lot of people came by while I dropped off and picked up the watch. The "son" looks like he'd rather be anyplace else.

Went March of this year to buy a necklace & cross for my son. Before making the purchase we asked the sales lady if it was real Sterling Silver. She confirmed & showed us where it's stamped & showed .925 so we bought them both. Now 4 Month's later they're both turning pink & discoloring. It's FAKE!! Who knows what else they're selling is Fake & they're Lieing telling you its real! Never again will I shop or refer anyone there. Upsetting!! (Of course can't find my receipt)
