Our home builder had Legacy as their preferred mortgage lender. After a thorough search of several other lenders, we finally decided to go with Adam's team at Legacy. I worked with Jessica and was impressed with the friendly and efficient way she got our loan approved. She was excellent at keeping us informed of the status of our loan, as well as what information she needed to get the job done! In fact, everyone we dealt with at Legacy was friendly and responsive. Not only were the rates competitive, but the added incentives offered as the builder's preferred lender made the decision to go with Legacy an easy choice!
