Do not store your belongings here. I went to the unit a week later I got it broken into I filed a police report and they did nothing they would not compensate for my things that were stolen

I have been with Istorage for about 4 years. When i first moved in, prices were good. However, not anymore. My rate has been going up and up. Which i understand but what i cant accept os three rate increases in the matter of 6 months. Now my rate has tripled. I called to complain about it and was told they would not work with me. After 4 years of being a good customer. Basically was told you can pay it or leave.So i am leaving. Going to find somewhere else that wont try and screw me. They feel like they can raise the rates and you have to accept it because its a pain to move your stuff. So if you're thinking about moving your things here, i would recommend you find another place. They will give you with a good move in rate and then get you as soon as they can with increases!!DONT DO IT!!!
