I had a special request that Liz Holden helped me on the phone with. I then was able to rent my unit with her the next day also. She went above and beyond to make sure we got a space perfect for our needs.

The process was so easy and fast! The manager was so nice and helpful. She took me to see the unit to make sure all my items fit before paying for it. She guided me on all the paper work and security measures. Great customer service.

I don’t often give reviews but iStorage has earned it. I reserved a unit online, it sent me a confirmation email and said the Property Manager would call me to complete the rental. There was no other way to directly complete the rental online. No one called me. When I called to find out I was told that unit size was no longer available. Just the kind of frustration that you love to deal with when trying to move into a new area.

I made an account online they took my payment but I needed to go in person to sign papers which they are never open so it was never finalized I kept getting charge almost $400 I never moved in never step foot in the storage and now they don’t want to refund and I get notifications that my locker is going into auction which I don’t care cause it’s empty the store on gen mcmullen is never open I just left the place it’s locked and people where inside didn’t even tell me anything now customer service says they can’t do anything I don’t recommend this place at all

Do not use this storage unit the manager and her son are breaking into units and since there are no camera at locations where being broken into no evidence also the"fire" that did happen was false and just a ploy to rob the units blind maybe just a little fire but not enough to shut down a whole 10 unit building so eff the management and owners for allowing that to happen

Amanda, the manager is very friendly and efficient. I asked her to fix something in my space and I expected it to be fixed months later but she proved me wrong. It was addressed the very next day and she gave me a courtesy call to let me know. The place is very tidy and the manager is very capable and professional.

It's been a joke. Still dont have access to my unit after a fire on 11/17. No Xmas decorations for us this year. Or any winter clothesNot to mention the unit before this one was broken into back in july

I am very content of making a choose to storage with Istorage. Amanda the Manager at this location Gen McMullen had the best Customer Service I hadn't had in awhile she explained prices and Regulations which I agreed and that she will try her best to walk the premises for our safety in protection of our storage. Again Thank you IStorage for Customer Service Amanda.
