The check-in service is broken. The system kicks you out of the queue while you’re already waiting and forced to re-queue. Definitely needs improvement.

I’ve been to this location several times and have always had a good experience. Today I went in and had to give my 5 stars because of the experience Brandi provided. She greeted me professionally and although the salon was busy she didn’t make me feel like I was just another client sitting in her chair. She took her time styling my hair that resulted in a great haircut. I will definitely go back and choose Brandi.

My son went with my car to get a haircut and whatever Asian woman that is working there jacked up his hair beyond all belief. He showered her a picture of what he wanted and she butchered his hair. She gave him a 0 all over and didn't blend it. I'm not a hairdresser and even I know it looks stupid. They only have 2 stars,; I would give them a -star.

pre-scheduled with 0 wait. I got there and everyone was busy cutting hair, so I sat down. my previous two experiences in another location they always checked me in. 4 different people approached the register and nobody even acknowledged me. I left after 10 min.

Stopped in for a quick neck/beard trim yesterday and received great service from Nieshia. I was on a time crunch, and she got me in and out quickly so I could make my next appointment on time. Hope to take advantage of the All Star package next time!

3rd time I have check in online only to get there and have been deleted off the list. The staff there is rude and lazy. It is a convenient location for me but that will be my last visit. Time for new management.

I waited with my husband for well 40 minutes. 4 other people waiting. One of the stylists finished her customer and stood at the cash register on her phone for 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes at her station. A lot of talking and messing around when you have that many customers waiting.
