I said a zero on the sides and the lady cut all my hair in the back and said when people tell us a zero on the sides they assume they mean the back also. I'm a manager at a fast food and I don't assume I know people's orders or assume what there gonna drink that was a pathetic answer I got and it wasn't even the girl cutting my hair that answered it was a different hairstyles that answered for her

Wow, I arrived for a haircut after a physical therapy appointment and had I have known a haircut at this location would have made me feel like a million bucks I would have just gone here. Amazing service, thank you!

Both of my sons and myself disliked the cuts they got-and the revisions of those cuts but we pretended to be ok with them because at a certain point you realize that some of their stylists just literally do not posess the level of skills needed and the one guy, his scissors were so dull and clanky that it was apparent that it was hopeless. We have had better results at Great Clips honestly.

Taylor, my stylist, was great. She seemed focused and polite. She made sure the cut was to my liking and made any adjustments that I requested. She also made sure that I knew I could come back for a free trim off the ears when needed. Wished I lived closer but compared to the Sports Clips experience I had at The Forum, it may be worth the drive to the Bulverde location.

This afternoon, Nicole skillfully cut my hair, delivering a result that left me thoroughly pleased. Exceptional customer service was evident, and Adele, who styled my hair previously, also impressed. Their commitment to cleanliness and efficiency added to the overall pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this place for a superb haircut, and I look forward to returning.

Shout out to Taylor super sweet gal, always in a cheery mood she always cuts my boyfriend's hair, and does a great job. He and I went this past weekend and she didn't disappoint. Great fading skills!
