Front desk people were helpful and kind. The technician was very abrupt. She did not offered a gown or asked me if I needed one. She could not offered help at all. I have to remind to the people that work in this type of healthcare environment. Your primary job is to provide attention to the customer. If you don’t like your job find something else that can fulfill your goal as a human being.

Waited an hour today for a mammo. It’s stressful enough to get a mammogram, and the wait time only made it worse. Huge disappointment.

I got a breast MRI and was super scared because I have claustrophobia. They really should have pictures of the machines. The machine was extra wide and had an opening a the end so even on my stomach I could look out. This being my first one and my claustrophobia being severe I was able to get awake sedation. The nurse and staff were so kind and helpful. I wish I could have taken pictures to reassure others like me.

My appointment was at 1120am. I arrived at 1051, due to having to fill out paperwork prior. I get called back at 1147, which is already 27 minutes past my scheduled time, only to have to wait in another waiting area. Waited in that area until 1pm, when I finally got my Mammogram done. Afterwards, back to the same waiting area, so I could get my US done. Right around 120/130pm I get called back for the US. Then once again, I went back to waiting room at 158pm to wait for radiologist to read results. Had results at 210pm. Tell me WHERE this is ok? I have to be early to do paperwork for a 1120 appt but I don't actually get anything started and done til 1pm... How is this right? The ladies that checked me in and did the procedures were super nice, so this is NOT a complaint about them but about the scheduling. It takes me an hour to get there, from where I live. I missed work from 10am to 3pm. That is money I lost because I was told my appointment would only be 30 to maybe 45 minutes tops. I should have took the reviews on here seriously. Because it was horrible. I missed 5 hours of pay. Think they will compensate me for that? Doubt it.

Nearly impossible to reach anyone to schedule. Online scheduling unavailable. Call back queue unavailable. Hey STRIC, staff up or look into technology solutions. Your patients also work for a living and cannot spend all this time during business hours - 40 minutes on hold for several phone calls attempting to schedule a medical procedure. Piling on the stress with this nonsense.

This is the worse company to come to for any imaging services. Their billing dept is completely incompetent. Twice I was given cost of services amounts that were drastically different than what was quoted over the phone. I will never return!!

Had to get injections into my lower back. Had to travel over to the Hardy Oaks Imagining. Had the most pleasurable experience there. Brian Anthony was the Dr’s assistant, which he was very professional and so easy to talk too. Dr. S. Liaw, who looked so young, but so knowledgeable in his field. Explained everything to me so simple. Procedure took about 5 minutes. Quick and easy. 5 stars for this place.

Priscilla was absolutely wonderful! She is a beautiful, compassionate person, that was very kind and gentle with me. I wish there were more people like her.

Reception staff is lacking in customer service. Although the technician was very nice and efficient, I will not return for my annual exam next year. Neither of the two receptionists acknowledged me; I felt unwelcome. One was outright rude when providing forms for me to complete without speaking to me; I had to ask what I should do with the forms.

This review for the Hardy Oak location is for the boutique side where they do mammograms and DEXA scans. The staff was the least concerned about the customer as I waited an hour to try and get a DEXA scanned and a woman who was easily in her 70s had waited almost 2 hours for a mammogram. The facility manager appeared and concerned as he stood at the front chitchatting with the supervisor and the technicians were concerned that they wanted someone to sit in shorts in an air-conditioned room while they wait A real disappointment as Hardo has always done a good job, but again, not the boutique side, the normal side I have reached out to one up and have not heard back

Richard at front desk is cool. Aside of reviews im glad i picked this location. It was fast. Nicely decorated. Clean. Friendly staff. Watched tv. Overall visit great. Thanks

I always use this place for scans. I needed an x-ray My doctor ordered. I called for an appointment although you can walk in. I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment.. I arrived early, had the procedure, and left before my appointment time was scheduled. Great service.
