Customer service is good.
The online forms and "move in" process is easy.
A lock with key is provided with the storage unit. There is plenty of space for maneuvering large vehicles such as moving trucks, RVs and campers.
The location is easy in easy out and convenient to a major thoroughfare.
The prices are reasonable.

Whoever is in charge of taking care of the area around the storages , has failed completely. We have been paying $82.00 dollars a month for this storage unit. Yet we have had had ants, skunks and rats in our storage. Today we had fresh p*** all over our storage room as well. I took video, but could not post the video. So I will leave the photos, or personally send it to whoever wants proof. Please people do NOT store your items here. I don’t even know how they are still open doing this to people’s personal belongings. Truly disappointed. There are many nice storages for less or same price that are clean and safe. Even if you have to drive , it’s worth it to keep your items safe. Please Snoga change your cleaning policy...

I was able to rent my storage through the website. I was contacted immediately. The Manager has facilitated every request possible. The unit was super clean. I have not had any problems with rodents or bugs. I have seen other reviews and I am sure whatever problem existed in the past has been addressed. At night the property is lit up very well.

My overall experience was amazing. The manager was kind and super helpful. Everything was done over the phone. My lock and key was provided without contact (due to COVID). The unit was clean and repellent was provided. My possessions were in boxes and plastic bins with no damage after usage. I had no issues that were mentioned in previous reviews. This is an outdoor storage facility in the country, outdoor bugs such as spiders etc are expected. Insurance policies are available in case of damage. Very happy with the service.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have some of the best rates around. There are lots of sizes to choose from, from very small to very large .they have outside storage too for your extra car boat or RV. There are surveillance cameras in place to keep your stuff safe.
