The lady who works here, probably a manager, is very rude. Spend your money somewhere else! This lady needs an attitude check, very unprofessional, even commenting “well however you want to take it” when I told her she didn’t have to be rude. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ended up having to buy a new phone after they tried to "fix" it for an exorbitant fee. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst customer service. I had a real bad experience here and even though the owner keeps responding by saying they want to clear up this issue on Google,I gave them plenty of chances to. Dishonest employees and unacceptable service. Avoid at all costs!

I have used the place TWICE and both times there was a problem after the fix! The first time I came in with a broken screen and they gave it back with a broken home button! The second time was the same thing but this time they didn’t even put the screen on correctly! Nor did they screw it back in! Terrible service do not go here! This is my first time writing a review because I’ve never felt so strongly enough to write one but this place deserves one star.

My Iphone screen broke christmas day and I had to take it in the following day, they did a tremendously horrible job replacing it. I don't know if the screen is defective or what but it constantly presses buttons I do not press as well as the home button does not seem to be centered. The button feels loose and moves around whenever I touch it. For the price I paid, around $100 or so, I am not happy with the result whatsoever. I can't even put my phone in my pocket with out it turning on and locking itself. I never take the time to review some place but this service was particularly horrible, clerks were unhelpful and snappy. Definitely avoid this place.

**** BEWARE *****
Ok to all my friends and family in San Antonio beware smartphone repairz off 281 and bitters stay away! Here is why so a week ago my wife broke her lcd and screen on her iPhone I went in the Monday o was told it would be 79.00 plus tax to fix I agreed paid! I was told it would be ready in a hour! After about two hours of not hearing anything I return she gives the phone to my wife and the phone had been reset so my wife proceeds to restore the phone having two young children with us we chose to leave and finish the restore at home! We get home phone restores but we notice now the phone is typing letters on it’s own making calls on it’s own! So I call the store the young lady now tells me it may be the mother board! Wait why was I not told that at the beginning? and that they can’t fix that and that it would be 200.00 more to fix! Because if I was I would have made a claim with att and had it replaced for 215.00 ! She then tells me to bring it in I do she hard resets the phone it appears to have worked so I leave! A few hours later it’s starts agin! We call she says bring it in she will swap the screens out we are told it would be 30 min for it to be done! We leave in ten mins we get a call it’s done! I suppose to believe it took her ten min to change that screen and lcd I think not! We return get the phone! And as you all know I work off shore my wife stays with to young children a phone is a must especially seeing how my youngest had a seizure when I was home! Well the phone contained to do what it was doing sat night wife goes to bed phone on charge wakes to a phone with a back screen the phone is useless now! I call the store the lady tells me I told her how we are not technicians we checked for function and it appeared to be working! What more could we do! I asked when a manger would be available to speak to him/ her she told me she was the manger! I ask for someone above her she said I can’t give you that info! I had to contact a Austin store to get customer services email! So now 225.00 to att to replace the phone and 89.00 for service I did not get from this store! That sales person/manger is rude and has a attitude! I don’t not recommend anyone to go spend money in there or even waste your time! If she don’t like her job and dealing with the public then quit! We will see what customer service says!

Take your business somewhere else, unless you want Smart Phone Repairz to break your phone. My father took his Galaxy J3 in to repair a broken screen. After being assured that the phone could be repaired, he left it in the care of Smart Phone Repairz. He was told the phone would be ready in 3-5 days, only to go nearly a month without a phone as the technician kept breaking the replacement parts and having to reorder them. The company did not communicate these events, and after heading over to the store my father was handed a broken phone and told that the phone was not able to be repaired. The phone was functioning perfectly when it was taken into the store, the only issue was that the screen was cracked. All the company did was refund my father's repair fee. However, a month after the fee was supposed to be credited to his account, there was still no credit. After much argument, my father finally received his refund two months after taking his phone in for repair.

Wouldn't recommend for Apple products. Originally came to get a cracked screen repaired on an iPad mini2 out of warranty. Got it back with a defect in the screen, an off center home button, and the magnetic iPad cover no longer shut it off. They explained this was due to the initial drop (even though the cover worked fine with the cracked glass). 2 days later the home button didn't work. I took it back and before I could finish talking, she said it was dropped again because the tempered glass area around the home button was cracked. Incorrect - due to the button being inappropriately recessed it was cracked when the button was pressed.
