Lovely hotel unfortunately the staff isn't. I'll think about it twice before booking again.

Room was frigid (which we loved), customer service was delightful, and it was near all the attractions downtown. Only concern was the continental breakfast which served 'overnight oats' which means they were cold. I liked them but would have rather had a waffle. :)
