I wish I looked at the reviews before coming to get my 4 tires replaced. They broke 2 of the rim caps and blame the check engine light. Yeah, that’s right, I’m still laughing about it too. Not to mention that they work at a really really slow pace. It took them over 2 hrs to get my tires replaced. And still, haven gotten my car back . 8:10 and counting. I got here at 5:30

Super bad service , I got all 4 new tires for my car installed they didn’t attach sensors back to the tires and when I call back to book appointment it goes to some central office. When the central office tries to reach store they can’t reach to anyone and so they can’t even book an appointment for me to take car over their to have a look and when I asked the lady if I can talk to manager or supervisor to see if he can book an appointment to take car to get sensors attached she said she has no supervisor. This is really bad customer service that they can’t even make an appointment for something they should have done in my first appointment.

Do not buy anything online from this place! The shipping is an absolute joke! I purchased an item that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. It has now been 10 days and customer support doesn't even know where my package is at and looks like it hasn't even been shipped out yet! This is a complete joke.

You definitely need more motorized carts for handicapped customers. Stood and waited as long as I could and finally just left. We had just joined. Luckily, we joined for half price so not going back won’t be as bad financially. Such a shame.

Ugh- EwThis place is the pits. I had tome come in here to exchange some shorts I had gotten as a gift. I wanted to just swap 'em out for some that fit properly- even Steven. They hemmed and hawed- we didn't have a membership, so they wanted us to sign up, for a fee, so we could exchange the shorts. Lots of going back and forth, radio calling, checking with the manager, we finally were permitted to go into the store, and pick out the same shorts, but in the correct size, and bring 'em back where there were more manager overrides, hemming and hawing. In all, the clerk was doing a good job, but was just so overburdened with processes, authorizations, etc. The store was in general disarray. Shelves looked like they'd been rummaged through by angry shoppers. Gah. The aisles are much more narrow than their competition at CostCo. I'd rather shop at CostCo, frankly.

The only issue is that their food court always has a LONG LINE. Sams Club is a way better shopping experience compared to the other high Cost(co) company. That other wearhouse option has better name brands, but Sams offers better prices and values for the same non name branded items.

Needed new tires and Sam's has the best deals. Offered $80 off then another $40 for being a plus member. Total was just around $430 for a set of 4 which includes road hazard and installation. Compared to discount tire will be over $600 for something comparable.Also the staff at this location was excellent, I walked in without an appointment and was just hoping to schedule it later on but they managed to get me in same day within minutes and had my car back on the road in 45 minutes.

If we can't find specific items at great price and value, Sam's is our go-to place. Although most of the Sam's near us needs better upkeep of their store, it's still decently clean and organized. Noticed that the only be in 410 around the Jollibee area is being improved, at least they are trying to do something on the store facade. It looks promising and hoping whatever fixing they are trying to do outside would also be done inside, big time. The interior really needs to be fixed so it would look more modern and inviting so shoppers like me would stay longer inside, meaning more purchases too. Just like Costco, they have great prices and great value for our hard-earned $$.

This location is Los Hunger Games. Aisles are tight. Every visit has found me amazed at how mentally challenged the clientele is. Attention Sam's Club corporate ! The Sam's Club App / Scan and Go seldom work in this store! I don't know if it's bad service in the area or if it is your policy to inhibit internet/ LTE / 5G service to discourage online price comparison. In any case it sucks because this location has some nice but slow staff.
