Lena helped me today pick out some luxury perfumes for my wife and I. She was intuitive, patient, knowledgeable of the brands and very kind. I actually enjoyed spending my hard earned money. Thanks for the great service and history lesson behind some of the brands!!!

We Had a wonderful experience! went to the LV counter. Bought my new bag. It was in and out in 30 minutes purchase. Great customer service friendly employees as well, we were greeted with Hello's and Good Morning while walking thru store. Will be back soon!!

Had a credit to use for Amex rewards. Went to browse in the fragrance section to see if they had a scent my husband likes. Was met with rude and condescending staff who corrected me about what I asked for and rudely spoke to me before telling me they didn’t carry it. She went out of her way to be a jerk to me. Won’t be back. Treating people in a demeaning manner might work elsewhere but here it just made me want to never return. Don’t waste your time coming here. This place is not it.

Went there to get a gift for my Son, and perhaps myself. Started at the fragrance department. No one smiled addressed or offered to help all sales associates acted like they were at a party all by themselves talking and laughing… so I cruised on to the men’s department where LITERALLY everyone (employees)were on their phone. Another customer even complained out loud about it, & how he was sure they were all paid by the hour. I stood by the men’s jackets and designer sweaters remarking out loud that I’d like to have another size. No one moved to help.So I left.While browsing we noted that clothes were disheveled, staff rude, and unhappy, and the place looked a mess. Definitely not the Sax “glam” that I was looking for.No biggy there’s a NM at la cantera that’s fabulous.
