Waited 15 minutes to talk to the woman working to purchase a watch for my husband. After listening to numerous stories about her personal life talking to another couple in the store who openly said “I’m not going to be ready to buy one for a few years” we left and drove to a different store to purchase a Rolex. What a waste of a retail space. Even the people on the jewelry side were rude.

Tease! Just looked at exhibitions.No inventory even for registered and loyal customers. They offered to take a catalog home but what’s the point looking when there is nothing available to buy.Five stars for very polite and amazing service and of course for the brand.

The GM of LM's Victoria Beavers and the entire staff here are absolutely Amazing the expertise and professionalism that they display is second to none, my wife and I have been doing business with Victoria for almost a decade now, she makes the impossible possible and she turns what would be a normal purchase into a magnificent well orchestrated buying experience. We appreciate her so much and we would never think of doing business with anyone. She goes out of her way to make moments special and memorable.

I have never had a bad experience while shopping here. I started shopping here 12 years ago as a window shopper while wasting their time and not mine! I would go in flip flops paired with a cutoff tshirt and never did I feel snubbed. Anabell, Victoria and the rest of the team have always treated me like family and service is second to NONE. It’s sad to see bad reviews from people that feel entitled.

Rude sales tactics don't work on me...I don't fall for the "Pretty Woman Effect", cuz I respond with the "Selena Effect".... Came in to ask a question, but decided to leave. This store is not for the humble person LOL ....Love obnoxious customer service? Plenty here!!! Want to see associates with their nose turned up? Visit this place! Almost thought I was gonna see them slap someone across the face with an empty glove LOL Why do I always have to shop outside San Antonio to get good customer service on certain big purchase items? I know stores can refuse to sell, but do they have to be obnoxious about it? "Just like you chose us, we choose you, so we won't sell to just anyone". Oh, please. This store doesn't represent Rolex high quality customer service. Houston here we come...again.

Went in today to see if I can find the watch I’ve been eyeing out on their website. I already own two other Rolex pieces and was wearing one into the store and have a relationship with the brand. The Rolex rep lady was so condescending and no help at all. Someone please tell her to change her atittufe she’s just the rep lady lol. Made me want to leave immediately.

Went in today to see if I can get on a waitlist. I already own three other Rolex pieces and was wearing one into the store. The Rolex rep lady told me to go back to my other ADs because any incoming timepieces will go to the existing list of customers. I have never been treated so badly at a Rolex AD in my life. She not so kindly told me to buzz off because they had enough demand. Went next door to Omega where they were extremely professional and helpful. Another customer there that just bought an Omega said he had just come from this Rolex AD and received the same rude treatment from the same lady.

I purchased my first Rolex today and it came at the perfect time. Anabell has been very helpful over the last few months. She has tons of knowledge about the brand and answered every question I had. She made my experience unforgettable.
