So rude and unhelpful.How do you interview somebody and hand them an invitation paper to orientation a week in advance at the time of my interview then I was NEVER told “oh be on the lookout for a call for confirmation on attending orientation class” Not once. I was handed the paper and was told “come to orientation next week!” During that time I guess they tried calling me but stuff happens unexpectedly and it’s life that my phone happened to turn off and has not came back on.. I went that morning of orientation or so I thought bc I didn’t know they were trying to call me to confirm / reschedule . So then I was told to call them Friday or Monday to see about getting out onto the next class. Monday I called and supposedly they did not have a class set up yet & the ladies weren’t there anymore it was like 4:30pm . So I asked whoever I was talking to for a time to better catch the ladies I needed to talk to.. she was just being rude and kept on saying “8-5” even after I stated I know and understand office is open from 8-5 but I’m trying to catch the lady I need to speak to at a good time Lady just repeated herself 8-5. Tuesday (today) comes around Brooklyn stated this weeks class is already full? When asked how am I not on the list then when I called yesterday too.. she stated on we couldn’t get ahold of you yet I literally called yesterday and was told to call today to see about getting put on which I feel like I should of been one of the first ones on this next class she just said “yeah well you can re apply” I asked what do you mean, reapply what? She said “well applications are only good for 30days” I said “it has not even been 30days.. I missed one class trying for another one” When I asked to speak to the man who interviewed me she claims he is out of town for the week.. and couldn’t give me phone number or email. When asked to speak with somebody else she claims no one else was available yet it was like 3:30pm still but she was being rude.I’m not even sure she knows how to do her job because why would she just automatically tell me to reapply when it has not even been 30days? Can they even do that? I would like to speak to upper management.

Horrible experience. First and last time at this location. I ordered their pizza online. They had a special 2 (1-topping) for 11.99. When I got there to pick up they said no pepperoni available. I tried to switch my 1 topping to something else but on the appt it changed it to a build your own when I went to add a topping to the cheese. Manager Christopher S. Advised there was nothing they can do. They were gonna throw away our pizza ue to not knowing how to charge us. We went down the street to get pizza somewhere else. But I will not return here.Converse 1000th location didn't meet expectations.

Store #53 is fairly new but it is horrible. Ice machines aren't working, slushy type fountain drink of coke and Dr pepper among other flavors is always broken. Restrooms are filthy and looks like rarely cleaned. Always out of straws also. Stopped in the morning about a month ago and asked guy at register if he could make decaf and he flat out said no that because somebody had told him not to make any cause it's not a seller. Whether that's true or not I don't know. But I did ask a Mgr at another location and he said that wasn't true that if they're out and a customer ask for it , it has to be made. You all need to send somebody to that store to go check it out

This store is constantly dirty and is always out of items like hot cocoa ,coffee creamer,etc.The bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy too. The atm is constantly down as well.

The application process is very cumbersome.Their application website doesn't work.If you come here, in-person, the process wastes a lot of your time.Judging from these other reviews, they must pay employees very little anyways. They literally want to waste an hour of your time so they can give you a job so paltry you can't pay rent and become homeless.No wonder their employees act the way they do.

Just am average convince store with lots pups and good lighting.Problems:1. On say 3 out of every 5 visits restroom is filthy. That's 60% of the time.2. You cater to national brands on snacks and they are generally more expensive. Why don't you offer like QT chips or Fritos and sell then gir like $1.59 like Circle K has their brand for $1.59.3. Fountain drinks are much higher than Circle K. Offer a reward program for say $5.89 monthly and you get 1 drink daily. Have a pinch card that must be punched. If one skips a day, that date can't be redeemed I. another day.4. Want to draw loyalty, have a customer get 10% off gas. Say it's the 100th customer each day. Program register to know who's 100th customer.5.If 1 QT can offer gas for $4.19, why are others $4.29?6. Be 7 to 10 cents cheaper on fuel and people will come.Bucees says they gave the cleanest restrooms. Have a campaign that says "compare the cleanliness of our restrooms to anyone and will be be at least 7 cents cheaper on unleaded gas than any station within a 3 mile radius.". You will get loyal customers.Just suggestions to make the customer feel appreciated and will draw more customers to you.7. Why are yey Assistan Manager andManager the only full time employees? To save on benefits and vacations days they can earn?8. Why do you make Assistant Managers work 2 nights, 2 mornings and a mid. Either have them day or night. Flip flopping day/night messes with one's sleep.9. Do you pay more for graveyard shift?10. Walmart starts at $13. HEB starts at $15. You start at like $10.50 for non management and at $11 for Assistant Manager and $11.50 for Manager. ?Please consider these things. I really think they are worth considering.

Put a job application waited for 2 weeks they gave me an appointment just to tell me that they couldn't hire me I sent them my information and they bother not to read my information. Restrooms are always dirty never clean. Never give out receipts like they're supposed to and they try taking money out of your card without you knowing

I just had a bad experience at one of the quick trips they charged me twice for gas and all they do is give me the run around on how to get my money back,never again will I go to these locations. Check you're bank statements people you never know you could be the next one.

You guys really need to step it up. Quiktrips in San Antonio are a joke. They are not even close to other cities. The location on foster road has disgusting restrooms with no toilet paper, no hand soap and clearly not been cleaned all day. The drink machines are always out. The water to clean out your windshields has clearly never been changed because it smells so bad of swampy water and looks like something is growing in it.
