Do not come here! The “owner” has a terrible attitude and isn’t helpful at all. Don’t even rent a Uhaul from this location. It would truly be a waste of your time.

Terrible experience renting a U-Haul from this business, the representative of the business is one of the rudest people I have had to unfortunately encounter. From start to finish, he seemed to be bent on getting into an altercation with anyone entering this business. Upon returning the vehicle, he proceed to shout down to my family to the point where he attempted to engage in an physical altercation, after he saw our family there, he did run back into the business and refused to help check the vehicle but we subsequently did not leave the business till he finished the service he is responsible for. He begrudgingly finished checking the vehicle in and we left. Avoid! There are too many other u-haul vendors, this is not the one you want to waste your time or money on.

Family made a reservation to rent a U-Haul, the staff member assisting was single handedly one of the rudest people I have had to unfortunately encounter. He attempted to talk down to my family as we attempted to return the vehicle to the point where he attempted to get into a physical altercation with us. He then made his way back into the business refusing to assist and stating that we could check in the vehicle online, as we were not leaving until he finished the service he provided, he angrily finished checking in the vehicle and we left, hopefully never to return. From picking up the vehicle to returning, it was truly a terrible experience, go elsewhere, I promise you, you'll thank me later.

I can't believe so many people actually shop here. The people that run this place are unprofessional and thieves. I hope this review stops at least 1 person from coming here.

The lady in the front is a thief. I returned the uhaul and accidentally left my wallet in the cup holder. Not even 5 minutes later I went back and she was coming out of the store. I asked her for my wallet and she said she didn’t see anything. I went back to the truck and found my wallet magically under the seat with my money missing. There is no way for it to fall under the seat, it had to have been placed there. I confronted her and all she said was “do you have proof I took it?”. She wasn’t apologetic or even concerned at the least - just defensive.

I visited this location twice. The female worker is super rude and short with customers (especially non-regular customers). I used this location to return my Uhaul. It was a horrible experience. When I got. Back to the location, my phone was having issues. The female employee (the wife) told me that she will check me in. All of a sudden, I start receiving random charges from U-Haul. In particular, a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was $25, which is beside the point. Before I exited the truck I made sure that the back was empty as well as the front. The only thing that was left on the floor was paper, from U-Haul. So you tell me that I am being charged because you picked up paper associated with the company. Then, I proceed to ask about a knife that I left in the truck. This was two days later, by the way. The wife tells me that they have rented out that truck many times since I returned It. BUT IF YOU CLEANED THE TRUCK LIKE YOU SAID YALL DID, then you would have seen it. She stated that her husband didn't see the knife, but I know that these unprofessional thieves took my belonging. Be careful. If you turn in your U-Haul make sure you do a walk through of the truck with the people. Definitely a learning moment. I will never enter thy store again.

The lady that is at the front is EXTREMELY rude!! If you ask her any questions, she acts like you're asking for her kidney! You're better off paying double the cost of anything they sell just so you don't have to deal with her!
