I called sobbing 8/1/24 bc my senior (16year old) dog Papi was dying. Morgan was patient on the phone with me as I cried about my baby Unfortunately Papi died during the 30 minute drive but upon arrival I called again and a gentleman came out and treated Papi's body with such care as if he was still alive. I was allowed to sit in the comfort room with his body and was assisted with picking out his urn Thank you so much Night Watch Elite

Currently this animal ER has you wait in your car (accept for cases of euthanasia). You register online, and call when you arrive. A vet tech comes out to the car with a clipboard to get more information on your pets condition and then they take your pet inside. So you are there in the parking lot waiting, and waiting. Hours later the doctor calls your cellphone with his recommendation. It was $1000 for diagnostic care (bloodwork and X-Ray). Fortunately, they let me know that prior to taking her into their facility. Unfortunately the care regimen prescribed for my 7 year old Chihuahua was quoted at an additional $2400 of course with no guarantees it would resolve her condition without exploratory surgery. Unfortunately, made the difficulty decision to put her down. We were offered two options for her remains and for an additional fee we could have the ashes and an urn. Over $1,100 later we came home devastated with an empty collar, harness, and leash.

A load of respect for this emergency vet. My dog was having constant bloody stool and bloody vomit that was very concerning. I brought her in and she was out in a couple of hours. They kept in close contact and called me as soon as there was treatment plans and results they had received. Great communication from everybody here and needless to say, they took care of my baby. Thank yall!

Our cat was experiencing vomiting, diarrhea and some other concerning digestive issues. After calling around, we were directed to this hospital. I am forever grateful to Night Watch. We were thankfully able to get our cat into the hospital ASAP and they took wonderful care of him. The vet kept us updated and gave us plenty of options regarding his care. They were also very considerate about us being on a budget. If you have a late night emergency I definitely recommend this animal hospital.

❤️ Night Watch Emergency animal emergency...I would give them 10 stars if I could. We lost our boy Flash last night. We were in shock...because he had been so healthy. Their team were the most professional and kind individuals that I have come across. Kurt was so helpful and kind. It was our first time to use this emergency vet hospital. and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the whole team. So kind. ❤️

Content warning: pet loss12/6/2023After spending weeks in and out of his regular clinic, I took my cat to Night Watch in a last-ditch effort to save his life before he was scheduled to see a feline specialist in town. The staff that met me was immediately wonderful and attentive in assessing my cat's needs and any cost barriers to myself. But after examining him, they gently confirmed to me that he was on his way out, and that no matter what treatments I paid for, he likely wouldn't return to a quality of life that he would want to live. The staff was a group of the most wonderful and empathetic vets that I have ever met. They kindly helped me work out the details of Aspen's cremation, and treated both him and myself with the most loving care as they helped him pass on. I am especially appreciative of the technician who set us up in a quiet room in the back, and of the veterinarian who took the time to sit with me for a few minutes afterwards and help me process the initial shock.Aspen was one of the brightest lights of my life, and these are wonderful people who I know wouldn't have let him die if there was anything that they could have done to save him. If I ever have an emergency with another animal in the future, they will be my first call.

What an amazing staff this emergency vet has! Had to take a sweet pup whose sutures came undone from her spay. Communication is top notch and the staff is so compassionate. Would definitely recommend this vet.

Needed emergency care- called and they said they had room- drove there in a hurry and was turned away because they didn’t have room when we arrived 26 minutes later. Can’t wait to see what kind of response they have for this- always an excuse.

We had to put our furbaby, Max down and Night Watch Elite Animal Emergency assisted us. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the entire staff was. We were allowed to take the time to say our goodbyes to our special boy. It was comforting, knowing we were able to hold him the entire time and chose to cremate him. When we picked up his remains, I wasn’t prepared to see his tiny paw prints and they even made a clay mold of his paw prints. If you have a furbaby, who needs to be seen by a Veterinarian, call Night Watch, they are very good at what they do. Thank you so much to the staff, who assisted us that night we brought Max into your office. You made this whole experience a lot easier for us.

All staff I spoke to was very nice, patient, and understanding. My best friend was seen last night by Kurt and Dr Gladman and both were extremely professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had and showed the utmost compassion for my worries. They worked with me on my billing and gave me every reassurance I needed Including phone calls between next steps for my Lola Belle. She is my absolute world and Night Watch gave me all the ease I needed. She is doing much better. Thank you!

Dr. Manning and his night shift team are amazing, and incredibly compassionate. I unexpectedly had to send our family cat across the rainbow bridge, with the help of Doctor Manning and Ryan. They made such a difference in making a difficult situation more bearable. I wholeheartedly recommend going to them if you need answers in any pet emergency. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Manning and team. Lord bless you all!

They are amazing!!! It’s just me and my sister and our cat tiger was very sick, not being able to potty, throwing up, etc. They were very patient and worked with us on the cost to save our boy from a urinary blockage. They answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond for him. I’m sure two teenage girls freaking out did not make your job easier so thank you guys for your patience and working with us and taking care of him

Thank you thank you thank you!The staff here was awesome! Going to the vet is never easy for me and when it’s an emergency vet it’s even worse! They took great care of my dog and were understanding of finances rather throwing $500 or more to other vets in the area made realize they do it for the animals and not to strip you of money like others.

Big shout out to Nite Watch. Our beloved cat Mitzy ruptured an anal gland at 11pm and they were able to get her in and treated immediately. They also helped us figure out how to use Care Credit (yes care credit is for pets too!) because my husband and I had never used it before. It was honestly less expensive than I had expected for emergency veterinary care, and they did full labs on her and gave her medication and a cone. doctor Gladman was so kind and the techs were gentle with our little spicy baby. She’s healing well at home thank you so much Nite Watch for putting this cat mom’s mind at ease. Here she is getting fed in the morning after she woke up from sedation

Unconventional method, took me by surprise. Didn't expect to have to wait in the car for 3.5 hours BUT, staff kept me informed and when I did call after not getting an update for an hour, the receptionist was very friendly and got an answer for me pretty quickly. I was given the treatment plan and agreed to the price quoted but was a little shocked the final cost was $375.00 more. However, my cat was given the most thorough exam she's ever had. So the cost was fair, just higher than I was expecting. How do you put a price on quality emergency medical care?! I am glad I came to Night Watch Elite and my baby is on the road to recovery. Thanks to the doctor, receptionist and staff for taking great care of my Matilda.
