I had went here with my sister and the guy who was helping my sister was being unprofessional and very rude, his name is JERRY, and the customer next to us had help out my sister more than him. she was willing to spent over 200 bucks but JERRY was being rude!!!!

They were incredibly helpful! As new band parents, we had a lot of questions. They were willing to share their knowledge and information to help us figure things out. They even helped our kiddo figure out how to put valve oil on the valves for his tuba. We will definitely be going back

There is only one place in San Antonio that I would let look at my instrument, and that’s Music & Arts! They treat each instrument like their own; they’ll even play with it, polish it for you, lubricate it, they are FULL service!!!

They were really patient and very knowledgeable. They have a wide range selection of guitars, basses, drums and more. I spent way too much time in there! Picture is of my electric guitar I ended up buying!

The central location was perfect, yet the customer service and knowledgeable employees was greater!The employees have a passion for what they are doing here! Nicholas went above and beyond in helping me to understand the instrument I was purchasing, violin, for my daughter.The instrument was not available in store as the last one I had been placed on hold and sold prior to my arrival. Nicholas helped me find an even better instrument online at the kiosk/pc on site and the order was placed and arrived in a few days to their location for an easy pick up.Nicholas also went above and beyond by explaining the instrument instructional use and tuning the instrument. They even had these cute little mini violins and decor, sheet music and so much more.Thank you for keeping music alive!Love this store.Location: centrally located in SA

I bought a Martin Backpacker guitar with case, accessories and lessons here and my buying experience was good, with good prices, helpful staff and great selection.My first guitar lesson went very well and my teacher was patient and kind.
