DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS HERE! If I can give this place no stars I would! One of the mechanics here is a CHEAT! His name is Juan to be exact. Brought my sisters car to fix a minor issue. He couldn’t fix it the first time so we brought it back a second because he said it needed additional parts. That was a lie. The problem wasn’t resolved! We paid over $300 and he didn’t fix anything. We talked to another mechanic there and he said we didn’t need to do what Juan suggested and that “he did it for nothing”. With further inspection, we noticed Juan only replaced 2 of the 3 parts we purchased and he said we needed. What did he do with the additional part? He returned it and pocketed the cash! He asked my dad where he purchased it, and if he paid it cash or with a card. Why did he need to know this information? Anyways, don’t do ANY business with this place. How can you trust them? Who knows they probably sell faulty cars too. (From the other reviews it seems like they do ?). I wouldn’t doubt it with what my family just experienced, and the type of people they are.

Marc was awesome. Very patient and not aggressive. I had my 16 year old Son with me and now he knows what customer service should be like. THANK YOU Marc and thank your Daughter for helping us. If you need a car or truck contact Marc he will look for help you find the perfect vehicle!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional, worst experience with a dealership I've ever been a part of. This is coming from someone who has spent 15 years as a mechanic and 4 years as a car salesman myself. I always go with my family members (large family) when they are looking for a new car because of my experience and mechanical background. My little brother attempted to buy a car (2013 focus st) from these scam artists while I was on vacation in Mexico because he got impatient and didn't want to wait for me to go with him when I got back. The car had been in a wreck and was in very poor condition mechanically. They had attempted to cover up the issues by clearing the trouble codes so the warning lights didn't come on till after he had taken the car. There were zip ties holding the front left headlight together for God's sake! My brother was very lucky that the finance company was taking a while to fund the loan and we were able to cancel funding and return the car before it became his permanent problem. The salesman (Rodney) was the biggest piece of shi* a**hole I've ever dealt with in a "professional" setting. Didn't even give me a chance to explain why it was being returned (multiple safety issues due to accident) before he started cussing us out. He told me that he wasn't going to give back the down-payment check (illegal) until I informed him that I was familiar with auto sales law and that we would be taking legal action if he didn't give it back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I cannot express to you how big of a mistake it could potentially be to work with these people. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor and look for a car elsewhere.

I LOVE my car I got from here! The only thing I do not like is that everything that was in my car was original so I have had to replace everything as it broken (that factory 5 year warranty is no joke lol) but other than that I love it. I was in and out fast and the car is more than I expected for a tractor of the price most cars this year model go for. I will definitely be referring people to you!

OMG! Do not come here!..I called the guy over the phone to make sure the truck he had online was in good condition and reliable. He said yes and come and test drive it. When we get there, i opened up the truck and a beer can comes rolling out and the truck was disgusting inside and out. I test drove it anyways, and sure enough, i thought it was going to breakdown before i even left the lot. What bad customer service, i cant imagine all the people who bought a vehicle here has had problems!.Forewarned

Horrible experience! I recently bought a Jeep Liberty from them, within a few weeks the car completely broke down; it needs a new timing chain and head, etc. My car is still undergoing the work it needs to be done. I called the dealer as they told me they would help me if any thing were to go wrong with the car but every single time I call the person who answers says the representative that can help me is not there. I have left numerous messages they claim they will give them but I have yet to receive a call back. Look elsewhere do not car shop here!
