I recently had a wonderful experience at Joseph A. Bank, thanks to my personal dresser, Julianna. She was incredibly informative and guided me through the store with a kind and welcoming attitude. Julianna’s expertise and attention to detail made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her friendly disposition and professional advice ensured I left with the perfect selections. Most recent visit was for tailor work.
They have had a recent change in tailors, i caution you on the quality of work.
It was brought to Managements observation, other than photos of the work, no action or recourse was offerred, just agreement it was very poor/unacceptable. Previously I have reviewed the company over many years and this store recently, in a very positive light, this time was truly bad.

Bad experience renting tuxedo.
I went to pick up my tux the day before my wedding and the side straps did not work. The rush ordered other pants. Then when I went to get dressed, they forgot to include the bow tie sending my groomsmen in a scramble to go pick up a tie right before wedding. The customer service to help resolve issues was bad. I asked for a discount and manager said no way. Bad service. Tuxedo pants system not good.

My husband and I had gone in to get a nice button down for an event we had to go to. The sales man helped us so much by even measuring him to make sure we got the size he needed and giving us recommendations on what would be the best option. Once my husband came out of the fitting room and decided he was going to purchase, even though our sales man was busy doing other things he made sure to check to see if my husband was okay with his choice and purchase. Will definitely be returning !

My father was ignored and was waiting for sales men. They don’t know customer service or to multitask! He is a regular customer but not anymore! Don’t judge by external appearance!

Grant really helped me out! Went to two other stores and got no help. Came here and Grant hooked me up with exactly what I needed. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Price was much better than elsewhere.

Came in with my fiancé to look for a wedding suit. We were initially excited about it and the mood was definitely changed after the employee who approached us wasn't there to really help. He was more of a "let me just get your size off the hangar and leave you to it" type of associate. Never offered advice or opinions or anything. He was on his iPad the entire time, and even when I asked about different colors or patterns he was very short and did not offer to help at all. He never came to check on us in the fitting room to see if we needed anything. The experience overall was not a great one at all. We were in the fitting room and could literally here him and the lady talking about $6.99 Chinese food. We will definitely not return. I never write reviews but the fact that it ruined our experience does not sit well with me. If you're there to buy a few things without anyone approaching you to help, by all means, this is the place.

Service was very slow. There were the same number of employees as customers and it took 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence. Prices are competitive but do not be in a rush on your lunch break.
