Was looking for someone to fix the crunching noise coming from the front end of my car and went on an app and found Joe's auto clinic had car towed figured it was a simple fix. After 8 months of going back and forth and he telling me all the new issues that arose while he was fixing my car i finally had it. The issue was not fixed they bought and paid for parts but would not give me receipts saying they get things at a discount and that ots a new issue. I think i bought and paid for a rebuilt engine and after all that my car still wasnt drivable. It was 8 months 6 tows (maxed out allowable tows with my 2 tow companies) over $2k paid out the car was oily and gross, lic plate was missing (had it when it arrived there) greasy hand prints inside the car and on the door and handle. Car sat for 6 months since i just dumped 2k into the car so now i have money to fix the car and i went somewhere else to get my car moving and this is what i found out, parts were NOT REPLACED they just took my money and let my car sit there as if it was getting repaired and each time i had to bring it back. He has no idea what he is doing or how to fix cars. I would never trust this person with anything you absolutely need. There are other reputable mechanics out there just not this one. Stay away or you will pay...badly.

We were in San Antonio for my daughter's 16th Birthday Celebration and our starter went out on our car! Sam was absolutely AMAZING!!! He is an honest, and VERY skilled mechanic!!! He got us back on the road in literally two hours! This gentleman is the bomb and I would gladly recommended his shop to anybody!!!
