What a great place to stay. We are sad we only got 24 hours in san antonio but when we do come back this is where we will stay for sure! In the pics below you'll see, you're only a few minutes walk down the river which the motel sits on to get to all the bars and shops on the river.

Good property; average breakfast menu; poor front desk; big rooms but the window may be jammed or the AC heater may spark and cause smoke alarms (like with us and we were shifted to another room) or the bedside kamp buld could be missing...

Terrible experience. Attempted to have a relaxing morning, but construction started first thing in the morning. Walls were shaking. Brought this up to manager and she said well they should have told you when you checked in and if I chose a cheaper room I wouldn't have to deal with it. Won't be back.

Horrible experience. I was charged 220 for a motel room. The hotel did not look anything like the pictures. Valet guy was rude and check in staff was rude. The room was next to a parking lot and had a noisy ac wall unit . My wife has a ESA and this is the first hotel that I ran into that charges a fee for this. To make things worst I requested a refund after I left and was denied by manager. Thanks for CC insurance I got my money back. This is the worst hotel and staff that I have run into in SA. I visit this city 4x a year. Watch out!

This was a very nice hotel. We were in town for a weekend vacation, and stayed Friday and Saturday night. Our room had a patio overlooking the river that was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but functional. The room across from us was under construction, so when we came back to the hotel midday Saturday, there was some construction noise, but it wasn't too obtrusive and they did not do construction work during the evening/morning. The room we were in was very quiet, which was nice.
There is a gate walkway down to the riverwalk from the hotel, which was convenient. The hotel is further down the riverwalk from all of the restaurants and attractions, but I actually liked that. You have easy walking access to things like the riverwalk and Alamo, but still a very quiet hotel.
The parking is very limited. We arrived very late on Friday (after attending a concert), and were informed that all of the normal parking was full, so we had to pay $50 a night for valet parking (+tips and tax). The valet service was very nice and friendly, though.

We were late booking a hotel for the Billy Joel concert at the Alamodome. The Indigo still had rooms available, and turns it it was a perfect 5 minute drive to the Alamodome parking lot C.
What a treasure! This hotel is a secret place to stay for a weekend at the Riverwalk. The rooms are excellent, the service is wonderful, the restaurant is pretty good (but there is so many other places to eat, I can't recommend 'stay here for the food'.)
Parking is limited, and the hotel lot fills up quickly. The lot right around the corner was about the same cost, and was about empty - QR code to scan and pay for 24 hours.
Walk out the back, down the stairs, and you are on the north leg of the Riverwalk. It's a 10 minute hike to get to the central Riverwalk shops and restaurants, but you can avoid any of the street traffic in doing so.
We enjoyed the weekend, the concert was great, and we've discovered this hotel Indigo as a hidden gem in the greater downtown Riverwalk area.

The service here was amazing as the view at the river! Couldn't ask for sweeter workers!
Rooms: Clean and nice
Nearby activities: You can walk to the main Riverwalk down the Riverwalk directly from the hotel.
Safety: Do walk around alone at night. Homeless
Food and drinks: Iced coffee and any alcoholic drink I had was great! These ladies know what they are doing cooking as well! The breakfast is fantastic.

When my son and I discussed our options for our short visit to San Antonio, Indigo came out on top. Our purpose for being in the city was to see the Culinary School. I'm so glad we decided on Indigo. Our stay was made exceptionally enjoyable by the staff, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Laura, Mr. Matthew, and Ms. Valerie. From their welcome text to check that we were enjoying our stay and to let them know if we needed anything, to their brief history lesson about San Antonio, and providing exceptional customer service by merely inquiring about our tour's experience. I appreciate them for making us feel welcome. The room is so spacious. I will recommend this establishment to all of my friends. Thanks again! I pray that once my son embarks on his food journey, he will get the opportunity to cross your paths again. May God Bless you!!

By far the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The hotel was very quiet and clean, a little musty smell in our rooms but it's an older hotel and to be expected. Missed the food service for breakfast but my family said that it wasn't very good and it wasn't complimentary which was a bummer. My only real complaint was that it was a king room and we only had one towel, one towel? Weird. Would stay again especially since I know now that it's dog friendly. The staff was very courteous, overall a good experience.
Rooms: nothing gigantic but they're not small either

Beautiful view, nice room, and convenient location. Very romantic.
Nearby activities: About a 15 minute to the main area of the riverwalk.
Walkability: Great to walk to the river walk. About 15 minute walk to the busier part of the riverwalk.
Food and drinks: There’s a nice restaurant/bar downstairs with good food and drinks.

Perfect location for the event I attended as it was in easy walking distance of our conference.

Good luck getting an early check in, the hotel will only help you if you are a rewards member.

Overall, my experience my experience but nothing to write home about nor a place of recommend to my friends or family.
Pictures are misleading, bathroom was pretty small, room had incomplete floor design, cockroaches were present, and misleading information on website was what caused me to reserve a room here over my other options. Also, had to pay for parking who does that?
Immediately, after checking in, I was like why are we even here?
