Amanda is wonderful. She knows her job and has helped me several times when I've had trouble accessing entry into my storage units. Most of all she's so patient and always looks for a solution to my storage units issues. She is a valuable employee in managing the storage facility and especially in working/helping clients. She has gone out of her way/above and beyond to help me.

I love Grissom Storage, I feel like my belongings are in a safe and nice climate temperature storage. Amanda always takes care of any questions and concerns I have and such a sweet young lady, very professional and courteous. Ty for your awesome service Amanda, keep up the good work!

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of Evonna! She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I highly recommend this location and that staff member in particular! When I went in there the other day, I overheard a very negative and angry customer speaking so rudely to Evonna about things that are just out of her (and any employee's, for that matter) control. Evonna handled it well, and with courtesy and professionalism, deescilated the situation, and left the customer satisfied!She then, went on to help me out and did such a wonderful job! I can't thank her enough! I will definitely be recommending to all of my family and friends!

Shut out to Lindsey at Grissom Self Storage! She is always on top of this place. She works very hard to keep the place in tip top shape. I recommend this place for storage and suite rentals.
