Went by on 9/25/24 around 10am and I believe the gentleman’s name was, Alec. He was amazing and wouldn’t even except a tip so therefore, I wanted to reach out to Google and let the company as well as everyone else know that he gave great customer service, brushed all the extra bugs off the grill and windshield like they were supposed to. Unfortunately were monthly members and at this location, the closest to our residence, that was probably the first time anyone had ever gone the full 10 yards. The young lady that came in to help him also assisted with the back which was very much appreciative. great service by both of them. They had friendly smiles and seem to enjoy their jobs.

I recently visited the car wash at 10206 Huebner Rd, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The general manager, Alec, was incredibly helpful and demonstrated a deep understanding of the entire operation. I took my SUV to get a wash, and I immediately regretted it. The attendants slammed their brushes onto the hood of my car; and I need to emphasize how unnecessarily rough and careless this was, because on top of that, they didn't even remove half of the bugs/debris off my grille. The same careless treatment followed for the rest of the vehicle. I have had other car washes do a "pre-wash" and I've never experienced such an awful treatment.

This is the best car wash in town , mostly because there is the one of a kind most special spectacular, kind, hard-working, beautiful woman that works here. I don’t know her name yet, but I’m definitely gonna get a membership so I can see every day.

I had a great experience using this car wash. The manager on site was super friendly and took extra care making sure my car would make it through the wash fine being that I have a slightly modified car. I believe his name was Reggie. 5 star treatment all the way ?

I’m a Go Carwash member and this particular location is ALWAYS out of towels. I ask every time and the response is always, we’re out. Get. It. Together. Go to the bandera location, they will go out of their way to get some towels.
