Small, black-owned community gyms are where it’s AT! I use my bluecross blueshield insurance’s “well on target” program for my membership and it’s MORE THAN WORTH IT! I go to Zumba classes 2-3x a week, Yasuko, Livia and Koko are amazing zumba instructors! Judge-free environment, folks of all ages and fitness levels come to classes. No gym bro culture, never seen anyone filming themselves for social media- really a one-of-a-kind gym!! You won’t regret it if you join ❤️

Great customer service and instructors. Wish they had windows to let in fresh air though, that would really separate from competition.

I been coming here for over six months,its a very friendly place, love the family atmosphere, and I'm very happy with my results I have gone to other gyms and I stop going because I didn't had or see any encouragement, but here you have alot of classes like Zumba, HIT and bootcamp, all instructors are very good specially Gloria and Levia
