Quick in and out. Very fast service. Daisy cool. If you need banking service from Bank Of Family Dollar or Dollar General Credit Union, then there is more problems in your life than a convenience store can solve.

I went this morning to purchase an item as soon as this store opened this morning. The person helping me was Daisey the manager. This lady has been here for years. Ive heard her argue with customers and treat staff horrible in the past. This morning she refused to give me change for my purchase and told me she didnt have any change since she just opened. The item was less than $2.00 but she didnt want to help me because she didnt want to give me the change. I asked her what happens if I didnt have exact change, she told me she would have to write it off. In all my time shopping I have never heard that. And how are you going to open the store and not have change for people to make their purchase. She gave me her nasty attitude that she always has and I gave it right back to her. I feel sorry for her, but not enough from stopping me to file all sorts of complaints. Im sorry I know people have it tough and work is rough but she got me really confused with someone else because I dont need to tolerate her nasty behavior. Scorned, bitter soul. I let alot of stuff roll off my back but not this time. The other staff members are great. Feel bad for them having to work with her.

Apparently... according to the woman working this morning... "this location only" ... has stopped doing CashApp cash deposits for customers.CashApp still has them listed as a deposit location, but my guess is that the employees at THIS particular location are not qualified to handle such transactions... either that or they just refuse to. ???Who knows? ??♀️Anyway... what I DO know, is that that same woman who "informed" me of this, is likely, the most unprofessional and unprovokedly rude person, I've ever met.Every. Single. Time. I have encountered her it's been unpleasant.Fortunately, there are plenty of other stores close by that has (or does) anything that this store is supposed to and actually hire people who understand what customer service entails...I do understand that good help is hard to find, but until Family Dollar raises their employee standard a bit, I'll take my business elsewhere. ✌️

It's the chick with the glasses for me!! Not sure if she owns the store but sure acts like it!! Someone needs to turn her in, not good to have a nasty Manager working in place where you feel like everytime you go in you need to look over your shoulders, that's dangerous, everyone ain't the same these days, I just wanna shop and not be looked at like I'm going rob the place, very unprofessional!! Also to see this lady with glasses argue with the Frito lay man, check into it, very rude and nasty!! This store doesn't even deserve 1 Star, bad business here

There is a night worker there by the name of Dante who is very rude has no customer service! It's sad that this is who family dollar hires but it must be desperation to hire people like Dante with no skills and by reading the other comments I can see its the managers fault! It's alright Dante keep being rude one day a customer will put him in his place! ?

I went in to get taco shells and the cashier refused to sell them to me because they where 3 days out of date and very unsatisfied with the situation didn't make the customer happy will never return here again

The manager is the rudest most condescending person i have ever had to deal with. I left everything at the register and walked out after i heard her going off on one of her employees. It brought me to tears to see the embarrassed look on that employees face and as long as she still is in charge of that store, i wont be doing business there. (Edited in: Yes! I brought the ratings down a notch from 3.7 to 3.6).
