I had an apoimer for 10:00 AM but due to the delay I had at the previous stop I arrived at 11:43 AM Paquimé on the street in front and went to the checkpoint. The man was kind, took my information and said that maybe they would leave me for the other one. day due to the late arrival I went to my truck and in 40 minutes I received a call with a door number and in 40 minutes I was leaving, thank you guys for valuing our time

I was dropping off lunch I had bought for my son at around 12:30pm and smelled the strong stench of weed as I got out of my car and saw a woman with red hair in I believe a red black a green sweater smoking with the windows down. The only reason I have a problem with it is I have asthma and she was not even trying to conceal the smoke in the car to avoid anyone else from breathing it in. I am NOT happy about that as I could have had a respiratory attack

This place is the worst DG I've ever delivered to. The guard is argumentative. And go the speed limit, or they will say you were reckless around the building. Seems they have tender feelings here. And I do believe they are racist against gay people. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office.

If you come early, you should park on the street and check with the guard. After giving BOL, cell numbet, etc.; wait for your truck to be called. Smaller number doors 1 - 8 have little space to back up to. They took about 2 hrs to live unload. DG will charge a lumper fee, mine was $265

Drive up to Guard Shack. Check-in.Follow instructions and drive around building and park on the street.Wait for a phone call. Drive back up to the guard shack. They will assign a door number. Put packets of bills and seal on the floor of the trailer once doors are open.Slide tandems to the rear of the trailer.Lumper payment is digital. Once lumper is paid, wait for the green light.Bills will be on the floor of the trailer.Depending on products and count unload times from 2 to 5 hours.

This has to be the worst DG I have been to. Maybe they was having a bad day I don’t know. I get there about 40 minutes early and the guy in the guard shack was very friendly and polite. He told me to go back out on the street and park and I’d get a call when dock was available. My appointment was for 10am. I was never called to a door until 1pm. I understand nothing is perfect but 3 hours later then my appointment. I have other obligations too. If I show up 3 hours late I’ll get charged a late fee or told to reschedule another day. If all the other DG or whoever else can operate efficiently why can’t they. Then I was at the dock for 3 1/2 hours. 6 1/2 hours to get unloaded is ridiculous.

One of the security guards, his name is James Loveless has a very horrible attitude. He is short-tempered, smart mouth, combative, always looking to start trouble, has a know it all attitude.
