Why run a logistics company if you don't even attempt to deliver packages to your customers? I received texts two days in a row saying delivery was attempted, but nobody ever attempted delivery.

Impressed with service! I had an international package coming in for me and I was able to switch delivery address on the app it was so easy I got my boxes in 24hours from shipment

im waiting for a shein package and DHL was my carrier to deliver to my apartment complex and i edited the delivery adress bc they couldnt leave my package in the concierge, so i added my parents house which is not gated nothinf and still failed. Would the package be left in a DHL facility if it failed or ?
